In a rare Stateside appearance, IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega will face Rey Fenix in the main event of Northeast Wrestling's return to Poughkeepsie, NY at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center on Friday 11/9. The storyline is that Omega defeated Fenix's brother Pentagon Jr. at "All In" so this is something of a grudge match with Fenix trying to avenge the loss. This will be Omega's first appearance in some time in the United States not connected to Ring of Honor or New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Former WWE and ECW Champion Rob Van Dam, Pentagon Jr., actor/former WCW World Champion David Arquette AND , among others, will be competing for the event as well. WWE Hall of Famers Jerry Lawler and Mick Foley will also be appearing.
