HBO's Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, which regularly does a comedic deep dive into political and social issues, took aim at Saudi Arabia last night in the wake of the allegations of the apparent murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
During the segment, Oliver took some very pointed and direct shots at WWE's relationship with the Kingdom, using the company's own Greatest Royal Rumble event and the pro-Kingdom material and commentary that appeared on that broadcast last April.
