As far as I know, Daniel Bryan has worn maroon tights from the beginning of his career up until his comeback this year, as a tribute to William Regal. Why did he make the switch to his new blue and green color scheme? Is it a nod to his old American Dragon persona?
I am under the impression that he is is paying homage to his hometown Seattle Seahawks. They are their colors.
As the Impact Wrestling women’s division seems a little short on talent at the moment, why are they paying Scarlett Bordeaux to act out skits rather than getting in the ring?
Wrestling is about more than matches. Impact is trying to find a balance between the in-ring work and the out of ring stories. I don’t fault them for that. As we have seen over time, actual wrestling matches turns off some fans. They want more than just work rate so Impact is trying to give it to them.
Does Vince even spend time to know his talent anymore? After watching today's edition of MY SON IS A WWE SUPERSTAR: BRAUN STROWMAN (youtu.be/VF1RHjoo1rY), it's hard not to love the guy. He's just a down-to-earth giant-sized country boy who's still humble about his success. Over the past year, he became a massive fan favorite as a fearless kick-ass hero & they flush it all down the toilet for nothing. How did Vince not see Braun as the fan's clear choice?
Actually, Vince does and in Braun’s case he has been very hands on with his development. What is comes down to is that Vince sees wrestlers in a certain way and that is how he presents them. As we have seen for years, he doesn’t care who agrees with his vision. He follows his gut. To answer your last question, he has pushed John Cena and Roman Reigns over loud boos from fans. Vince does what he thinks is best for his business.
With all the concerns about concussions how is Daniel Bryan still being allowed to do the flying headbutt, especially given his circumstances?
The move can be done safely if the person initiating it pulls up properly before impact. They trust Bryan to do that.
Who else besides Jeff Jarrett, Jerry Jarrett & Vince Russo thought that Jeff was a top star?
Dixie Carter probably, but I get what you are saying. I think Jeff was a really good 1A, but he was never a huge draw IMO. To be fair, very few people are true draws.
