We are in Detroit, Michigan and your announcers are Tom Phillips, Byron Saxton, and Corey Graves.
Renee Young is in the ring and she brings out Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan.
Renee mentions their match at Hell in a Cell and how things have gotten personal. We take a look back at what happened last week.
Daniel thanks Renee for bringing down the crowd after that video. Renee says there is another piece of footage for Daniel and Brie to see.
Miz and Maryse are in the ring before the building was opened and they call out Daniel and Brie. Miz says they are trying to save them the embarrassment of getting beaten down in front of millions of people again. Maryse says they are afraid of them.
Daniel says that is a perfect encapsulation of them. They attacked him and his wife from behind. Then they show up early and call Daniel and Brie out knowing that they were not there. Daniel says they call themselves the It Couple, but they are nothing but cowards.
Brie says that they are cowards and cowards talk. They are not here to talk about what they are going to do. Brie says it is clearer than ever that they don't have to wait until Hell in a Cell. Daniel says it is time to fight. Brie wants Miz and Maryse to come out.
Renee advises Daniel and Brie that Miz and Maryse are not in the building.
Andrade Almas' music plays and he comes to the stage with Zelina Vega.
Zelina says Daniel and Brie are crying in the ring about how unfair their lives are. Zelina thanks Renee for playing that footage from last week. Almas says it reminds him how much fun it was to walk all over the great Daniel Bryan. He says he is ready to do it again.
Zelina says that Andrade wants to finish what he started, right now.
Match Number One: Daniel Bryan (with Brie Bella) versus Andrade Almas (with Zelina Vega)
They jockey for position and Bryan with a wrist lock. Bryan with a side head lock and take down. Almas with a head scissors and Bryan escapes. Bryan with a wrist lock. Almas with a kick and side head lock. Almas with a shoulder tackle. Almas blocks a hip toss and Bryan lands on his feet and he kicks Almas in the arm. Bryan with kicks to the shoulder. Bryan continues to work on the left arm. Bryan goes for the Yes Lock but Almas gets to the ropes before it can be applied. Bryan continues to work on the arm but Almas with forearms.
Bryan with a European uppercut but Almas with a boot and spinning back elbow for a near fall. Almas with a triangle in the ropes and then he knocks Bryan off the apron with a running hip strike. Almas goes to the floor and chops Bryan. Almas slams the arm into the apron and he gets a near fall when they return to the ring. Almas misses a knee into the corner and goes over the top rope to the floor.
Bryan comes off the apron with a knee but Almas is able to stop Bryan with a drop kick. Both men are down on the floor. Almas gets a near fall. Almas with a kick to Bryan but Bryan with a back body drop to send Almas over the top rope to the floor. Bryan with a suicide dive onto Almas but Bryan holds his arm after the impact. They both return ot the ring before the referee can make the ten count but they are both down in the ring. Bryan and Almas exchange forearms and punches. Almas with kicks to Bryan. Almas with a chop in the corner but Bryan chops back. Almas with forearms.
Almas with a knee and forearms in the corner. Bryan with a flying clothesline and both men are down again. Bryan with a running drop kick into the corner followed by kicks to the chest. Bryan puts Almas on the turnbuckles for a Frankensteiner but Almas holds on and gets a near fall with a sunset flip. Almas with a Fujiwara arm bar. Bryan gets to the ropes to force Almas to release the hold.
Almas with a slam and he goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault but Bryan recovers and crotches Almas on the top turnbuckle. Bryan puts Almas in the Tree of Woe and Bryan kicks Almas. Bryan with a baseball slide to Almas. Bryan goes up top and goes for a belly-to-back superplex but Almas knocks Bryan off the turnbuckles. Almas goes for the moonsault and Bryan moves but Almas lands on his feet and hits a standing moonsault for a near fall.
Almas with a forearm but Bryan with a European uppercut. Almas with a kick but Bryan with kicks. Bryan with a kick to the head followed by more kicks to the chest. Bryan misses the round kick and Almas sends Bryan head first into the bottom turnbuckle. Almas with a running double knee strike. Bryan avoids the hammerlock DDT and a running boot. Bryan with a round kick to the head and Bryan with the flying knee for the three count.
Winner: Daniel Bryan
After the match, Brie Bella kicks Vega and hits a running knee to the head.
Miz and Maryse are on the TitanTron and they hope that Daniel and Bryan are having a good night. Miz says that they are taking the night off and they are having dinner in Detroit, but they don't have to dine with anyone from Detroit. Miz says that they were looking for you earlier. It looks like you will have to wait until Hell in a Cell.
Daniel says something to Brie and Brie likes the idea.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Daniel and Brie are leaving the building. They are asked why they are leaving.
Daniel says they are going to grab some dinner. Brie says they are thinking Italian. Daniel says he hopes they don't have a dress code.
We take a look at the recent history between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.
Tom mentions that Becky and Charlotte are in different parts of the building for this interview.
Tom asks Charlotte if she can figure out why the friendship broke down. Charlotte says she won the title at SummerSlam but lost her best friend. Becky you thought it was your night and you thought you deserved it. Should she have laid down for Becky. Now you blame her.
Becky asks Charlotte if she wants more of her spotlight.
Charlotte says she is not going to deal with this pity party. You were an equal. All you had to do was ask for a title match after they embraced.
Becky tells Charlotte screw you and she says that she is not a charity case.
Charlotte reminds Becky that she attacked her from behind last week.
Becky says she is done playing and she will be taking. She says it was a full time job being your friend, managing your insecurities, reminding you that you were good enough to wear that robe. Becky says she is going to go back to the top of the Women's Division. It does not matter how many time she has to beat her down, she will win that title back.
Charlotte says she is happy to see that fire again. She says they will meet at Hell in a Cell. She will not see her best friend across the ring. You were never second best as her friend, but in the ring you are second best.
Becky calls Charlotte delusional. She tells Charlotte to shine up that title because she will never see it again.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Billie Kay and Peyton Royce have something to say. Billie says that Naomi likes getting beaten by her. Peyton says Naomi enjoys losing to her. They go back and forth. Peyton says you will soon understand that they are the future and the future is Iiconic.
Match Number Two: Naomi versus Peyton Royce (with Billie Kay)
Naomi with a punch and forearms in the corner. The referee holds Naomi back and Peyton with a slap and forearms. Peyton with forearms and she chokes Naomi in the ropes. Billie gets a shot in on Naomi when the referee was pulling Peyton off Naomi. Peyton misses a round kick and so does Naomi. Naomi with a kick and a baseball slide that takes care of Billie. Naomi with a kick and sunset flip for the three count.
WInner: Naomi
After the match, Billie attacks Naomi and sends her into the turnbuckles and then into the ring post. Billie with a full nelson and Peyton with a knee to the head.
Asuka's music plays and she makes her way to the ring. Asuka drop kicks Peyton and then hits Billie with a spinning back fist. Asuka with a German suplex to Peyton followed by a Shining Wizard.
We take a look at the feud between Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton.
Jeff says his eyes are opened and his mind is cleared. His adrenaline is spiking because he knows what is next. Randy Orton tried to clip his wings. Randy Orton tried to erase his identity. Why? He resents the connection that Jeff has with the WWE Universe. He despises his self expression and reckless abandon he shows in the ring. Jeff says he has taken more risks than anyone. He has defied all limits and it has always been for a good reason. He is fighting for his honor. Fighting for a title. Fighting for his family. He has never had a reason to do it inside the most dangerous structure of them all, Hell in a Cell . . . until now.
For the first time ever, he will be locked inside. It will not contain him, it will set him free. In the end, Randy Orton's obsession will be his own destruction.
Paige is in the back and Miz and Maryse enter. Miz says they were here earlier. Miz says they had to cut date night shorter. Maryse says they want to face Daniel and Brie tonight. Miz is not surprised that Daniel and Brie left. Paige says that Miz has a match tonight. Miz wants to know who it is against and Paige says it is anyone who wants to face him. Miz tells Paige she needs to be a good GM.
Paige tells them if they want to leave, they should never come back.
