WWE REVAMPS MATCH ON SUPER SHOW-DOWN, NEW MATCHES REVEALED

By Mike Johnson & Steven Fernandes on 2018-08-22 01:20:00

WWE announced early this morning an updated lineup for the 10/6 Super Show-Down event in Melbourne, Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground event, which will broadcast live on the WWE Network.

Obviously, the previously announced is the "last-ever" match between The Undertaker and Triple H, their first match since 2012's Wrestlemania 28 in Miami, Florida (where Undertaker defeated Triple H in a Hell In A Cell bout that was billed as the "End of an Era") is still on.

However, the announced John Cena vs. Kevin Owens bout has been scratched and instead Cena will team with Bobby Lashley against Owens and Elias.

Also officially announced for Super Show-Down:

*Daniel Bryan vs The Miz with the winner earning a future WWE Championship opportunity

*The Shield will be competing.

*WWE Champion AJ Styles, WWE Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey, Shane McMahon, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Big Show, Bray Wyatt, and Australian stars The IIconics are also advertised for the event.

The Melbourne Cricket Ground is a stadium with an official capacity of 100,024, providing a massive backdrop for the broadcast.
