WHAT I EXPECT FROM ALL IN, WILL CM PUNK MAKE AN APPEARANCE THERE AND MORE

Somebody asked me a great question: is ALL IN the Bullet Club's version of Souled Out ? And that got me thinking because if we all remember, that did not turn out too well. What we have here is a show not put on by an organization, but literally a pro wrestling group, a faction. They have to be REALLY careful with the booking so in hindsight,  this thing doesn't come across as should we say self-serving. Your thoughts?

I don’t think it will be anything close to Souled Out, which was a train wreck.  All In will be a wrestling show, put on by smart guys who know what they are doing (and with the help of Ring Of Honor).  Honestly?  I expect the show to be blow away awesome, like every other ROH and New Japan seems to be.  I am not worried about this show’s creative direction in the least.  As I said, I expect it to be a great show.

Any chance CM Punk makes an appearance at the All In PPV?

A chance?  Sure, I guess there’s always a chance since I am not in his mind and don’t know what he is thinking.  The show is in his hometown area, which would make an appearance easier.  On the other hand, it already sold out so there’s no reason to break the bank to get him in to sell tickets.  Also, with the MSG card selling out if ROH and New Japan were thinking of offering him a huge amount of money to work the show if they needed to sell tickets, that is now out the window as well.  In the end, I think it will come down to whether he wants to make an appearance or not.

Does Vince Russo constantly talk about you and the site because he wants you to talk about him and give him publicity?

Yep, I feel that is exactly why he does it, because he wants us to engage with him.  He has offered us a chance to come on his site many times and "debate" him, so it's pretty clear he is looking for attention.  To engage with him reminds me of that old adage that when you argue with a fool, people won't be able to tell who's who.  I will pass one going to the land of chicken nuts, turkey necks or whatever ridiculous name for a show he came up with this week any time he offers.  I have no desire to enter his world.

Is there any way Vince Russo could get you to come on his show?

Well, about the only thing that would tempt me is if I could get him to explain where he got the to sell Philly Pretzels in Colorado.  Then again, I wouldn't be shocked if the answer was something along the lines of, "Day gots lots of da stoners dere due to da weed being legal.  Da stoners love pretzels, bro."  OK, I am kidding.  No, there is no way I would do a show with him unless he donated at least $100,000 to a charity of my choice.

On the other hand, is there anything positive you can say about Russo?

Unlike him, I am fair.  I give him credit for his role in the Attitude Era, no matter where he "got the inspiration" for his ideas.  The fact is, he made Vince McMahon listen to him and get out of his comfort zone and for a couple of years, he made himself once of the most important people in the business.  In all seriousness, that is what makes his current caricature of himself so sad, he used to actually be someone in wrestling.  Now?  He is doing tasteless bits and trying to bait people into getting into wars with him.  It’s sad, really sad.
