JERICHO WORKING ROH/NEW JAPAN, THE USE OF TALENT IN WWE, BROCK THE CHAMP AND MORE

Why is WWE bringing in more and more great talent and not utilizing in a appropriate way??? Great wrestlers/teams end up suffering due to having such a big roster with few opportunities to shine. For example, The Bar not being used after the draft, or Sanity losing in the first round of number one contenders tournament, or the use of Andre Cien Almas (former NXT champ) and not having a major angle storyline, or the Authors of Pain being put on minor shows rather than coming in to make a statement. Why???

I understand your frustration and your question, and I wish I had a better answer, but at the end of the day, the talent is brought up because creative wants it, and then it’s used as it’s used because of how creative and Vince McMahon see it.  I don’t get it in a lot of cases either.

Chris Jericho has said he wouldn't wrestle in the U.S. out of respect for Vince. With the big NJPW/ROH show at MSG, is there any chance there could be a deal worked out where Vince gives his blessing for Chris to work at MSG in exchange for Chris vs. a NJPW/ROH star at Wrestlemania? Maybe get Jericho vs. Omega at MSG and Jericho vs. Cody/Okada/someone else at 'Mania. Seems like a long shot, is there any way this could happen?

A chance?  Sure, there is always a chance, but yeah I see it as being a long shot, for a few reasons.  One, I don’t know that WWE wants to expose the masses to top New Japan guys.  Two, the MSG show is competing with NXT and WWE is not overly excited about them working in Madison Square Garden.  So, the likelihood of a deal seems slim to me. I am really curious to see what Jericho does in this situation.

Do you see any similarities between Braun Strowman and Ryback (the size, the catch phrase, etc.) and do you think this was intentional. Also, they pretty much blew it with Ryback, so why should I have confidence that they won't blow it with Braun. They've already missed some opportunities with him.

Considering I never thought of comparing the two until this question came in, nope I really don’t.  I see them as being different kinds of characters.

A lot is said of Brock’s contract, in particular the dates. My question is... Does Paul Heyman’s contract have the same number of dates (give or take a few more)? Sure seems a great gig for him as well as Brock if so.

Paul has a WWE deal.  He works when they need him to work.

This scenario may not be popular, but what are the chances that Brock Lesnar keeps the title until his UFC match? Would WWE see this as promotion of their champion and their company?

Only Vince McMahon knows what the chances are but to me, I think it would be a really, really bad move.  It would hold the Title hostage into next year, plus WWE doesn’t get much, if anything, out of Brock bringing their belt to a real fight, especially if he gets his butt kicked in that fight.
