Did Ronda Rousey actually buy a ringside seat for Extreme Rules? Ronda being Ronda, it would by no means surprise me that she went out of her way to be at the show regardless of a suspension, but I also wouldn't be shocked if WWE management put her at ringside, NXT TakeOver-style.
No, she did not buy the seat. It was part of the storyline.
Since Brock Lesnar ended The Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak, what do you think of the Universal Championship becoming the new "streak?" Taker was 49 when he finally lost, so that gives us about eight more years of Brock. This way he'd beat Bruno's record, too.

My question is regarding Hulk Hogan potentially being back in the fold with WWE, and currently being back in the Hall of Fame (As Mike reported). I am not here to re-litigate the Hogan story, that’s been done to death. But I have to ask if WWE tone deaf? Again I am not litigating the Hogan case again, but does anyone watch the news? Did they see what just happened this week with (Papa) John Schnatter and his recent comments, which by comparison, are actually pretty tame compared to what Hogan said. I am not saying Hogan needs to be cast aside forever, or that he never have a chance to ask for forgiveness, but the timing of his acceptance back in the fold seems pretty bad. Or am I completely off base on this?
I am with you. As I have said before, Hogan has not done the acts of contrition I expect before he should be welcomed back. I am happy to see so many wrestlers in WWE say the same thing.
There was a lot of blood on the Impact PPV. What is your take on that?
Honestly? In 2018 I just don’t want to see it. I get that it was different when I was growing up and all but now we know about blood borne diseases and that allows would keep me from endorsing it. And when you think of the process, which is a person taking a blade and cutting themselves, it really doesn’t make it any better. Much like chair shots to the head and other super dangerous moves, I would like to see the blade go the way of the dodo.
How great is Tommaso Ciampa? I always liked him but never knew he could be as good of a character as he has been in NXT.
Ciampa is literally one of my favorite things in wrestling right now. His work has always been great but the way he plays the despicable heel is just awesome. He actually gets the hardcore NXT fans to boo him. It’s a testament to how great he was in his feud with Johnny Gargano that he can play a true heel in front of that crowd.
