The 10/21 WWE TLC PPV in Boston, MA at the TDBank Arena, which was announced back in February when WWE revealed plans to make all of their PPV events dual-branded, will no longer take place in Beantown on that date.
While fans were expecting an announcement for an online pre-sale for WWE TLC 2018, instead WWE ran a video during tonight's Raw taping announcing a "Raw/Smackdown “SuperShow” co-branded live event for Sunday 10/21, built around Ronda Rousey appearing. There was no acknowledgement about the WWE TLC PPV at all to the live crowd.
Ticketmaster.com already has an online pre-sale live for the 10/21 Supershow event using code BOSTON.
PWInsider.com has reached out to WWE seeking clarification as to when and where WWE TLC will take place, if at all.
WWE has held the TLC PPV annually since 2009. Last year's event was headlined by Kurt Angle (making his WWE in-ring return) & Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins defeating The Miz, Braun Strowman & Kane & Cesaro & Sheamus in a handicap TLC match.
