By Mike Johnson on 2018-06-26 20:30:00

Among the GLOW cast members who are backstage at Smackdown are Alison Brie, Carmen Wade, Sydelle Noel, Kimmy Gatewood, Britt Baron, Jackie Tohn and Rebekka Johnson.  Chavo Guerrero is also backstage.

The new season of GLOW will debut this Friday on Netflix.  Funko revealed this week that are doing Pops of several of the characters, including Ruth and Debbie.

The Big Van Vader autobiography is still scheduled to be released later this year.  It was originally slated to be released around Wrestlemania time, but Vader kept going back to add additional material to the book, which kept pushing it back.  It will still be released with Jesse White’s involvement, but there is no timeline for its release as with Vader’s passing, the book is being updated once again.

A very huge congratulations to Kevin Kleinrock of Masked Republic, who got married over the weekend in California!

Some big congratulations as well to Dylan Roll, the son of former WCW and TNA star Shark Boy, who celebrated his 18th birthday this week and had a ton of personalities from the business congratulate him on the milestone.  Dylan had a pretty great cameo in the “Last of McGuinness” documentary that current WWE announcer Nigel McGuinness released at the end of his career.  Roll is looking to pursue drama and political science when he’s done with High School and has been a main performer in all of his school theatrical productions at Madison High School in Ohio.  He’s still a huge wrestling fan with his favorite being Dolph Ziggler.

Already set for the 10/13 Legends of the Ring convention in Monroe, New Jersey are Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Virgil, Ted DiBiase, and the Rougeaus.  For more, visit www.LegendsoftheRing.com.

NorthJersey.com featured a piece on the forthcoming documentary 350 Days at this link.  The film will have a theatrical debut on 7/12 nationally via Fathom Events.

Tim Hornbaker’s next book Death of the Territories will be released on 9/13 by ECW Press.
