WWE NXT star Oney Lorcan, 32 years old, was injured during his match at Takeover: Chicago last week, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
During his tag team match with Danny Burch against The Undisputed Era, Lorcan suffered a broken orbital bone during the final sequence of the match.
Lorcan, who did not appear at this past week's NXT TV tapings in Florida, will be undergoing surgery as soon as possible.
There is no word how long Lorcan will be out of the ring as of this writing.
Lorcan was signed to a NXT deal with the company in 2015. He is in the midst of his largest push to date within that brand.
