WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT: AUTHORS OF PAIN VERSUS BREEZANGO, TONY NESE VERSUS GRAN METALIK

We are in Grand Rapids, Michigan and your announcers are Percy Watson and Tom Phillips.

Match Number One:  Tony Nese versus Gran Metalik (with Lince Dorado)

They lock up and Nese with punches on the break.  Metalik with a chop and then he hits a slingshot arm drag and drop kick.  Nese backs into the corner and Metalik runs into an elbow.  Nese with a matrix move followed by a series of kicks and a leg sweep.  Nese  misses a quebrada and Metalik goes to the ropes for a springboard drop kick.  Nese goes to the floor and Metalik teases a dive to the floor but Nese moves.

Metalik goes for an Asai Moonsault but Nese pulls Metalik off the apron.  Nese kicks Metalik and sends him back into the ring for a near fall.  Nese with crossfaces and he gets a near fall.  Nese with a body scissors on Metalik and he sends Metalik into the turnbuckles and puts him on the turnbuckles.  Nese sets for a superplex but Metalik with punches.  Nese punches back and then Metalik chops Nese off the turnbuckles.  Metalik goes to the ring post for a cross body.

Metalik with a boot and a slingblade bulldog.  Metalik goes up top and Nese with a running uppercut to stop him.  Metalik crotches Nese on the top rope and he hits a Frankensteiner for a near fall.  Metalik sets for the Metalik Driver but Nese adjusts Metalik’s mask and then gets to his feet and hits a German suplex into the turnbuckles followed by the running knee for the three count.

Winner:  Tony Nese

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look at Alexa Bliss’ appearance on Raw to celebrate her title win as well as Carmella’s victory celebration from Smackdown.

We are back with a look at Seth Rollins losing the Intercontinental Title to Dolph Ziggler.

We are back with a look at highlights from the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.

Match Number Two:  Tyler Breeze and Fandango versus Akam and Rezar

Akam and Breeze start things off and Akam sends Breeze to the mat.  They lock up again and Breeze is sent face first into the mat.  They lock up again and Akam sends Breeze to the apron.  Breeze slides back in and goes for a cross body but Akam catches him.  Breeze gets to his feet and he kicks Akam.  Akam goes to the floor and Breeze with a drop kick.  Breeze has a kick blocked and Akam with a forearm.

Rezar tags in and they go for a double belly-to-back suplex.  Fandango makes the tag but Breeze is taken out by Akam and Rezar.  Fandango with chops to Rezar and then he floats over on an Irish whip.  Rezar sends Fandango into the corner and then he pulls Fandango off the turnbuckles and hits a back breaker.  Akam tags in and he connects with a boot to the head while Rezar holds him in the air.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Breeze gets a near fall on Akam.  Akam drops Breeze on the mat and Rezar tags in.  They hit Last Chapter for the three count.

Winners:  Akam and Rezar

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look at the Gauntlet that determined who would face AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules.
