WBTV.com in North Carolina has a story on Jeff Hardy's sentencing in regards to his DUI this past March. Hardy had to turn over his drivers license and was given a suspended sentence of 120 days where he has to complete an assessment and treatment class. as well as 48 hours community service. The current US Champion also had to pay $300 fine for court costs.
