Do you think with RAW & Smackdown TV rights being with two separate networks (NBCU & FOX) could there be any kind of influence from the separate networks to maintain a true brand split?  What I mean is keeping bare, bare minimum roster changes instead of the Superstar Shakeup concept.  In the attempt to truly established a Blue & Red brand identity?

That is one of the really interesting things about the new deal, how the split will shake out.  With Fox playing a LOT for Smackdown’s right, far more than USA was paying, they should want a top tier product and the top stars.  The flip side is, if the stars are on both shows, it makes it easier for a view to only watch one of the two broadcasts.  I think that, at least at the start, the best thing to do is try and separate both brands and try to make both shows their own entity.

I am a very long term fan of wrestling going back to the early 80's and it has been difficult for me to get behind company/brands that don't have a wrestling name, by that I mean Raw or Smackdown brand and Impact, etc....   Do you think that WWE would ever refer to there Raw brand as say the WWF and there Smackdown brand as WCW or something similar while keeping WWE as the corporate name?

I see no chance of that happening (and not because they don’t own the WWF name).  WWE IS the “wrestling name” to them.  It’s the name of the company and the ticker on their stock.  I don’t see them ever getting away from having their shows use another name, and I wouldn’t either if I were in their position.

What happened to the Authors Of Pain? 2 appearances on Raw, now nothing.

Hopefully it’s just that they are waiting to have them win the match on Monday to take on Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy at Money In The Bank.  Those two have a lot to offer.  I think WWE management realizes that.

I don’t know if you watch hockey. However as a fan I’ve noticed that a lot of the teams use wrestlers music in between whistles or as wins. Bobby Roode in Nashville and just now I heard Nakamura in Vegas. Did WWE make a deal for the teams to use the theme’s?

I am a Golden Knights fan.  Yep, hear the WWE music there all the time.  It’s up to the teams to decide if they want to use the music.  There’s no official deal with the NHL that I am aware of.

Am I missing something? Wasn't Sanity supposed to debut on the main roster a while back? Did something happen or did they just get lost in the shuffle?

They have been drafted to Smackdown and are still on their way.  WWE just hasn’t debuted them yet.  So they aren’t lost and you didn’t miss anything!
