Report:

The show opens with the new World Heavyweight champion Stevie Boy on the ring, accompanied by the rest of the Filthy Generation – Kay Lee Ray, Aspen Faith and Lewis Girvan. Stevie thanks his three mates, who have always been with him through thick and thin, then addresses the fans stating that he won the title in spite of them, chanting against him. As his announced opponent, BT Gunn, is not fit for competing tonight, he will take a night off. Right then, Mikey Whiplash’s music hits. Whiplash comes out saying that, when he made his ICW return just over one year ago, he had stated that his mission was to make Stevie Boy into a champion. And he is a champion now. But he is a champion that hides behind his woman, a coward champion. Whiplash, the man who Stevie pinned to win the belt, adds that he is not medically cleared to wrestle, but he is ready to face Stevie anyway. The members of the Filthy Generation attack him, 4 on 1; The Sam Barbour Experience runs out to assist Whiplash, but he’s quickly overwhelmed. Wolfgang comes out to clear the ring.

Aspen Faith is left alone to face Wolfgang, and their match begins. As soon as the Franchise of ICW gains the advantage over the member of the Filthy Generation, Lewis Girvan pops up from under the ring where he had been hiding, stealing Wolfgang’s jacket looking for the big man’s trademark brass knuckledusters. Wolfgang is able to grab them himself, but Girvan manages to take them off his hands and throw them to Faith, who hits Wolfgang with them and lays him out cold for the pin.

Sammii Jayne comes out for her title match with the five championship belts she holds at the moment. Defending champion Viper answers with her four. The match begins in a very technical fashion, with both contestants displaying great dynamism. Soon, however, the champion starts using her superior power and strength to take the advantage. Sammii answers with her technique and relentless attacks, until Viper puts her down with a Cannonball from the apron to the outside of the ring. At this point, referee Sean McLaughlin interrupts this outstanding match declaring it a No Contest due to an injury to Sammii Jayne.

ICW owner Mark Dallas comes out talking about how good was Barramania 4, and praising particularly the bout between Jackie Polo and Lionheart. “Just Justice” Jackie Polo joins him on the ring and, with his Texas accent, thanks him for the compliments and confirms that he has one more match in him. Dallas explains that there has been a poll on Twitter, and that the fans have overwhelmingly chosen as his opponent Lionheart. Lionheart’s music starts, but nobody comes out.

Polo then accepts the challenge, promising that “Justice will be served”. Red Lightning of Rudo Sports & Entertainment Brand accompanies his protégés Bram and Iestyn Rees. As soon as their opponents of the Govan Team come out from backstage, Rudo’s titans attack them. The plucky Ravie Davie gets in Bram’s face, challenging him to hit harder. As soon as the match gets into the normal tracks, Zander becomes isolated on the ring, with Davie down and unable to give him relief. Finally the tag happens, and Ravie Davie quickly bests his bigger opponents, getting very close to the win in more than one occasion, but Red Lightning’s intervention prevents his win. Finally Rees manages to stop Davie with a chairshot and, with Zander incapacitated, powerbombs him on a chair allowing Bram to pin him for the win.

After the match, Red Lightning takes the microphone and insults Ravie Davie and Zander – who are attacked from behind by Kid Fite with a baseball bat. He praises his new signing Kenny Williams, who has been watching the match sitting in the crowd. Williams climbs on the ring and mocks the fans who had pledged them not to leave ICW after his Barramania defeat, and points out that after only one week with Rudo he has been called by WWE to appear on 205 Live. He also complains that his so-called best friend Aaron Echo never congratulated him for that. Aaron Echo comes out saying that he was proud of Kenny, but couldn’t bring himself to text him after his betrayal at Barramania. He still considers Kenny his best friend, and asks him to choose his side. “What a time to be alive”.

Kenny compliments Echo’s words, and challenges him to hit him. Aaron refuses, so Williams attacks his (former) best friend, reminding us that he didn’t sell out: he bought in, as Red Lightning is not paying him; it’s Kenny who is paying Red.

At the start of the #1 Contenders’ match, Chris Renfrew refuses a handshake from his old friend DCT. The match starts very fast and technical, something unexpected from two top brawlers like those expected, the match evolves into a tough brawl. DCT is hit on the head by a chairshot, and bleeds.two men. Coach Trip supports his protégé DCT but avoids any kind of involvement. Soon, as Chris Renfrew, disrespectfully, spits in DCT’s face, making him furious. Renfrew dominates the central phases of the match, but his opponent kicks out of any pinfall attempt, even after Renfrew’s deadly Stoner or after another chairshot to the head. Renfrew sets up a table on the corner of the ring, but he is the one who goes through it after a Spear. The tide turns, and DCT starts attacking his opponent with a chair. Renfrew is also bleeding. After a relentless attack, DCT goes for the pin; Renfrew can’t answer, and DCT is the new #1 contender.

Chris Renfrew takes the microphone reminding everyone that two years ago nobody rated DCT highly enough. Now, DCT has become one of the top names in the company. DCT thanks him, pointing out that in the past he was considered laughable, but nobody is laughing now.

After the break, Matt Cross returns to ICW to challenge the new ZeroG champion Mark Coffey. Cross takes control of the match with his amazing speed and agility, but soon Coffey’s superior power and explosive skills turn the tables on him. Coffey’s trademark Falling Elbow spells the end of Cross’s challenge giving Mark the win.

After the match and an embrace between Matt Cross, gracious in defeat, and the champion, Mark Coffey reminds us all that he has achieved the “double treble”, having become three times tag team champion (with Jackie Polo in Polo Promotions) and three times ZeroG champion (he is referring here to the Glasgow-based Celtic football/soccer club, the team he supports, who has achieved a “double treble” having won all three national trophies for the second season in a row). His moment of triumph at Barramania has been interrupted by his brother Joe Coffey, who had come out to threaten him. Mark tells us that the tag team between him and Joe never really worked because Joe is too selfish; that’s why, despite Mark being the younger brother, Joe will always remain the little brother – and not only because he is shorter. Joe Coffey comes out to face his brother. He reminds the fans that the last time we saw him before Barramania he was 12 pounds heavier: 12 pounds of

gold that he lost. He now wants another title, the ZeroG title. The two brothers will fight for the belt during Night 2 of Shug’s Hoose Party. To achieve this, Joe says, he needed to sign a contract with a man who always gets things done. He reveals a Rudo t-shirt, while Red Lightning comes out with a smug expression. Joe seems to ignore him, but we understand that the match is on.

Red Lightning then introduces his new protégé, Kenny Williams, who faces Andy Wild. Kenny’s tactic against the more powerful Wild is to hit him and then run away. He targets Andy’s left knee, hoping to slow him down. And he seems to succeed. Wild keeps fighting back, but he seems more and more in trouble. We see Red Lightning exposing a turnbuckle; when the referee goes to stop him, Kenny – unseen – exposes the opposite one; Wild smashes his already hurting left knee on it, allowing Kenny to pin him for the win.

After the match, Kenny Williams and Red Lightning keep hitting Andy Wild’s injured left knee. As they seem ready to break Wild’s leg, Aaron Echo comes out. He is attacked on the entrance ramp by Bram and Iestyn Rees then thrown on the ring where Kenny tells him, spitting in his face, that he won’t choose him – he has chosen Rudo and success. Wolfgang comes out to clear the ring. As he bends down to help Andy Wild, however, Andy hits him without realising what is happening. Wolfgang seems quite unhappy for this as he leaves the ring.

The two teams immediately brawl all around the arena, with Sha Samuels thrown byThe tag team champions of the Kinky Party face two men who have defeated them twice in the Wild Boar in the ladies’ restroom. As soon as the action gets back to the ring, Jack Jester is isolated and targeted. He manages to tag Sha in, but Mike Bird attacks both members of the Kinky Party (and the referee) with a steel chair. The Marauders trap Sha’s leg in a steel chair, but Jester protects his friend with his own body. At this point, Iestyn Rees and Bram come out once more, again with Red Lightning, attacking the champion – and, immediately after, the challengers too. Red promises that his two men will be Tag Team champions soon.

We see, on the screen, Lionheart sitting at a table, clearly drunk and still drinking. Mark Dallas approaches him reminding him that he is used to see Lionheart taking victory out of the jaws of defeat, but Lionheart seems unconvinced and dejected, and keeps drinking. Dallas tells him about the match with Jackie Polo that awaits him, but Lionheart doesn’t react.

On the ring, Joe Hendry (with Leyton Buzzard and Batnz) addresses Kieran Kelly, the referee of his 76-day long match against Chris Renfrew who seems to have become very close to Renfrew himself.  He asks for an apology, which Kelly refuses. As Hendry threatens him, Chris Renfrew comes out to rescue his friend, who is being choked by Bantz. Renfrew challenged Hendry to a 1 on 1 match at Shug’s Hoose Party; Hendry accepts on one condition: Renfrew will have the match and be allowed to choose the stipulation if he can defeat Leyton Buzzard and Bantz; if he loses, however, he will be Leyton’s intern on a 0-hour contract. Renfrew accepts, picking Kieran Kelly as his tag team partner. If they win, Renfrew says, Kieran will have a full time contract with ICW.

Stevie Boy comes out with Kay Lee Ray, saying that, as we have a new #1 Contender, he is ready to face him. Despite Coach Trip insisting that he declines, DCT accepts the challenge, his ribs heavily bandaged. Kay Lee Ray attacks DCT with a chair, targeting his ribs, but the challenger seems unwilling to give up. Coach Trip is taken out by Lewis Girvan and Aspen Faith, while DCT manages to put Kay Lee Ray out of contention dodging her attack and making her smash her head on a chair.

Stevie seems close to giving up to DCT’s Figure Four, but he is rescued by the Kings of Catch who then attack the challenger while the referee is out of contention due to Kay Lee Ray’s Superkick. KLR uses the referee’s hand to count Stevie’s pin, but Coach Trip manages to interrupt the count. He is soon overpowered, but Chris Renfrew runs out to the rescue of his old friend DCT. Renfrew is attacked by Bantz, who is himself attacked by Kieran Kelly – soon laid out by a four superkick special from the Filthy Generation. Wolfgang comes out to attack the Filthy Generation using his brass knuckles, but he’s taken out of contention with a low blow. Stevie attacks DCT with his championship belt, but DCT is resilient enough to kick out from his subsequent pin attempt. Lewis Girvan attacks DCT distracting him and allowing Stevie to hit him with a Glaswegian Destroyer and finally pin him to retain his title.

DCT, still unable to stand, challenges Stevie Boy to face him one on one, man on man, without his woman’s help. Stevie Boy accepts the challenge for Shug’s Hoose Party, on condition that DCT puts his career on the line. Not only his ICW contract, as he would then be able to return with a subterfuge like Kenny Williams did. DCT accepts.
