It seems like WWE has slowed down or stalled production of its DVD/Blu Ray collections as of late. Have they stated that they are doing this purposefully, instead focusing on network content, or are they just running short on ideas?  I know the market is going to digital platforms more and more, but I would still like to see more collections being added. Preferably another Best of Monday Nitro compilation.

It is all about the digital platforms.  One, they have their own in the Network so they like to fill it with content.  But more than that, DVD sales have dropped industry wide as more and more people don’t want to be bothered with the arduous process of watching them.  It’s much easier to just rent or buy a file online.

WWE dubs over "Don't Go Messin With A Country Boy" in old footage on WWE network. First of all, don't they own that theme since it was on one of their wrestling albums in the 80s??? Secondly, wouldn't it be a huge let down if at the Hall of Fame they don't play it when he comes out?

They don’t own the rights so they haven’t been able to use it.  Yes, It was a let down.

I'm curious about the Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia in April. It's interesting that all seven titles will be defended that night. What are the potential broadcast plans? Will this be on the Network? Will it have the usual Raw and SD announce teams? I'm guessing this is pretty much a Vince McMahon production?

It was expected it would be on The Network all along.  They finally made it official last week.

How great was Mark Henry at the Hall Of Fame?  Did WWE get as much as they could out of him?

I loved his speech.  It may have been the best speech at the Hall ever.  I think WWE dropped the ball with him a few times.  When he suckered John Cena a few years ago they should have pulled the trigger and put the Title on him.  Mark had a lot more to give than the company got out of him.  But, he isn’t the only one that has happened to.

Ever since the WWE officially announced NY/NJ as the home of WrestleMania 35, you've talked about how it would be miserable for the fans if it were to rain, and I have a question along that line.  Do we know what their contingency plan, for any outdoor WrestleMania, would be if right before, or during, the event bad enough weather rolls in that would cause it to be delayed and/or postponed/cancelled?  As examples, I've personally been to many sporting events where we've been evacuated due to lightning, and, on the day I'm writing this (April 2), both the Yankees and Mets had their games snowed out.

If they do have such a plan, I don’t know what it is.  I remember last time they were in NJ they had a “roof” over the ring to cover the workers in case it rained.  Given that the show is on PPV as well as the Network, I think they would just take a “the show must go on” mentality.
