WRDB in Kentucky ran a story yesterday about former WWE star Al Snow buying Ohio Valley Wrestling from founder Danny Davis.
The promotion features one of the longest running televised wrestling shows in the United States, filming every Wednesday at the Davis Arena in Louisville and was the first and most successful WWE developmental promotion until the creation of the Performance Center.
The article noted that Davis, who founded OVW in 1997, will be retiring to Florida.
