BRAUN’S PARTNER, WHY WWE ANNOUNCES BIG STORIES BEFORE TV, WILL WE SEE THE DEMON AND MORE

So any chance Big Cass becomes Braun’s partner for Mania?

I think that would be really random and frankly a waste of Cass’ return.  WWE needs talent for the storylines after Mania too.  If anything, they could make him a surprise in the Andre Battle Royal but I am perfectly fine if they keep him off of Mania.  Me?  I want to see Elias be the partner.  I think they could do a fun Daniel Bryan/Kane kind of angle with the two of them after they win the tag belts.

WWE announces a lot of things online beforehand e.g. hall of fame inductions, matches, new signings, etc. But don't you think it would be better if certain things weren't announced before and were left to surprise us. Like Daniel Bryan being cleared, couldn't they have worked it and have it come out on Smackdown as a surprise. Or even when someone is returning. An unexpected return would be better and have that feeling of anything can happen anytime so you need to watch Raw/Smackdown rather than announcing beforehand and making the show predictable.

In the case of Bryan?  They were very smart to release it. The goal is to get eyes on the TV shows and that got the job done for them.  In the case of the release of Hall Of Fame names, they want to get the word out to the masses through the media, which also makes perfect sense.  You have to look at the business from all angles.

They haven't announced it yet, but would they be crazy to not have Finn Balor appear as his demon character at Wrestlemania?  Even if he doesn't have a particular storyline reason to bring out the demon, as he did with Bray Wyatt for example, they just gotta do it anyway, don't they?  It's Wrestlemania after all, and it would add that much more to that match.

I feel the opposite.  I think The Demon should only come out in the darkest times to keep it special.  The feud with Miz hasn’t been that.  And, he has been somewhat friendly with Seth Rollins.  To me, using the Demon here would be out of line, especially in a multi-man match.

My question has to do with hotels. I understand for all of the PPVs, there is a WWE hotel. Not sure if it is exclusive, but at least several for just the wrestlers. Conversely, on house shows, where they perform in different cities, do the wrestlers book their own hotels, or does WWE? And finally, each week's RAW and SD - does WWE book a single hotel for all of the wrestlers, maybe not the whole hotel, as is possible with PPVs, but at least more than one floor for all of them, for the weekly TV shows?

For the most part, WWE books hotels for talent for TVs and PPVs, they are on their own for house shows.  When they do tours outside of the US, in most countries, the company usually handles the hotels for them.

Why doesn’t the wrestling media get any respect?

I assume you mean from WWE.  I have to be honest, the company is very good to the site.  They show us a lot of respect.  Sure, sometimes the company does “As first reported by USA Today” when the story was actually broken here, but I get why.  If they cite us it doesn’t have the oomph that they get from using a large outlet.
