A funny thing with Perkins' trademark is that it was listed with the following note: "The name(s), portrait(s), and/or signature(s) shown in the mark identifies Cedric Alexander Johnson, whose consent(s) to register is made of record."
An "Alliance of American Football" trademark was filed on 2/15 by a company called Football Historians.
