Speaking of action figures, with the sad news that Toys R Us will be liquidating and going out of business, one topic of discussion among talents the last few days is what the trickle down effect will be on them. TRU was a huge retailer for WWE action figures and merchandise, so losing the chain could mean a lot less content being produced since there will be a huge gap in how it was being sold before vs. after TRU shutters operations - and that would mean a drop in royalties for WWE and its talents.
