Rob Van Dam will not be at Raw tonight. He told Sports Illustrated “I will not be at Raw. I haven’t talked to anybody from WWE about it, so I wouldn’t expect to see me there.”Shawn Michaels was on SportsCenter earlier today promoting Raw 25 and they asked him about his expectations for tonight. The Hall of Famer said we will get the best of the old and the best of the new. And the Hall of Famer believes tonight will be the start of the build to bigger things leading into Wrestlemania.
