Since WWE did so well with Starrcade, what are the chances of a Halloween Havoc?

Well, we'll have to wait about a year to find out whether that is a possibility, but it's obvious WWE is willing to utilize the old WCW intellectual property.  I'm all for it, especially if it helps the company draw a nice house, as Starrcade.

Any chance WWE has the old Triple Cage Tower of Doom in their archives?

I don't think so.  It hasn't been utilized since 1988 and my guess is that it was scrapped a long time ago, well before WWE purchased WCW.

I saw in This Day in History that Paul Heyman had, at one point, signed a book deal.  Why did it never come out and is there a chance it will be revisited down the line?

Heyman put the brakes on the book around the time he returned to WWE.  He was personally writing the book and I know of some people who Heyman shared chapters with, so at least some of it was written.  My guess is, knowing how he thinks, he doesn't want to release it while he's an "active" performer since in his mind, his story isn't done.  He's never been one to "look to the past", so to speak.

With Floslam dead, what are streaming services I should subscribe to?

I can only speak for the ones I use and subscribe to, all of which I greatly enjoy - WWE Network, Highspots Wrestling Network, New Japan World and Powerbomb.tv.  I also utilize the Fite TV app to stream a ton of live events and TV series.  All of those entities have proven to be reputable in terms of quality streams and in providing a good hub for wrestling fans to get good, original content they enjoy.  

Any word on when Jeff Hardy will return?

The belief is he will be back by the Spring of 2018, if not sooner.
