THE ROCK'S DAUGHTER TO BECOME FIRST FOURTH-GENERATION WWE STAR?

By Mike Johnson on 2017-11-16 14:49:00

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's daughter Simone Garcia Johnson, 16, was interviewed by The Hollywood Reporter about being named the Globes Ambassador for this January's Golden Globes Awards and more, including her interest in potentially entering professional wrestling.

On pro wrestling, Johnson commented, "It's a sport that is unlike anything else in the world. There's just a certain amount of passion that every move and match requires, and that's so admirable. It's definitely something I've thought about and want to pursue."

Should Johnson take that path, Garcia would likely become the first fourth-generation talent in WWE history, following her great-grandfather Peter Maivia, her grandfather Rocky Johnson and obviously, her father, The Rock.  She regularly attends major WWE events, often with her Grandmother, Ata Johnson.

Johnson noted in the interview that she intends to pursue a business degree in college and then pursue a career in professional wrestling.
