RAW NOT RETALIATING AGAINST SMACKDOWN, KANE SQUASHING FINN, SOUTHPAW REGIONAL ACTION FIGURES AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2017-11-02 10:00:00

I love Southpaw regional wrestling. Any word on if WWE will be releasing any Southpaw wrestling figures?

I can see them absolutely doing that, especially since they can do exclusives for a certain company like our friends at www.ringsidecollectibles.com are doing for the new Tyler Bate action figure.

Is it me, or did the RAW locker room come off as weak for not retaliating on Smackdown? I know they were saying there was extra security, but they could of always done the "We bought tickets" or Private Suite route to get them in there, and then at some point they disappear and make it into the back to attack, or jump the guardrails.

I agree.  It made no sense that they never tried to retaliate.  The reality is that with the touring schedule, the only Mondays they could have was this past Monday or the Monday before Survivor Series, but it came off silly that all these wrestlers got beat up and didn't go looking for revenge.

So let me get this right.... Finn Balor gets a huge rub from Styles and it appears that he will finally get his title push that he so rightly deserves. Then Monday Night RAW happens and they have him fall to....Kane?! Please make sense of this, if you can.

I can't.  I am sometimes (wrongfully) accused by readers of trying to help WWE by attempting to look at things from their perspective, but on this one, WWE is on their own.  That was a meaningless decision.  Kane is a made man and didn't get anything out of the win.   It only undercut Balor a night after he had a great performance.  It was something right out of the WCW Monday Nitro playbook in how they would book Cruiserweights except this was worse because Finn should be a top guy.

So, I get they want to set up Kane vs Braun at the PPV, and Kane could use a couple dominant outings to re-establish him as a "monster", but why sacrifice Balor CLEAN to him? Wouldn't that be a pretty easy story to make something out of down the road (Demon vs Demon, etc)? I know it was a "short roster" situation, but there was NOBODY else on the roster Kane could have beaten? There was no run in or other finish they could have come up with? Do they really see that little in Balor? And why did they seem to understand how and why to "protect" guy's and long term business in the past, but are just so bad at it now? What changed?

They just wanted to build Kane up as he had just returned.  I don't get it.  I really don't think it was necessary, especially when you could have had Kane come out and trash a few enhancement guys for the same effect.

What are the chances of a Queen of the Ring in WWE?

I like the title but I suspect if they do additional women's tournaments, it'll be under the Mae Young Classic name.
