I hear a lot of people talk about how bad Vince Russo's booking is (I never saw much of it).  Can you give me an example?

I could give you thousands probably.  Here's one.  While at WCW, a company owned by a media conglomerate, he thought it was a good idea to name a character Hugh G. Rection.  Yes, he really did.  He also made himself WCW Champion in his home town, in the ultimate “mark has the booking job” move.  I could go on, but it’s just depressing to do so.

Does being added last minute to the Raw PPV mean anything for AJ Styles contract wise? Does he get extra pay for working this show last minute?

WWE doesn’t do PPV bonuses anymore, while the talent does get bonuses for house shows, so in theory it could actually cost him money.  My hunch is that won’t be the case however.

Does AJ Styles get a say in this if he had family plans for weekend could he say no or is this just part of the job description?

If he were in Paris on vacation or something, I think WWE would have understood if he couldn’t make it.  If he was on a tour and they brought him to the other show, he would go with the flow.

If you go on YouTube and other wrestling sites, I think the number of wrestlers asking to be let out of contracts is being slightly overblown.  I could be wrong, but it seems to me it is.  When Dean Ambrose, AJ, and Samoa Joe start screaming then I will consider it an issue.  Do you folks think this is a big problem or are people trying to drum up controversy where there is none?  Also, if there is a large exodus of WWE signed wrestlers into the Independent scene, what does that do to the economics of smaller wrestling promotions?  If you put Cody, Bryan, Neville, and Aries on the same card for a smaller promotion, (say PWG) could you pay these guys enough?  Do you think fans would spend more money to see these guys?  Just wondering what the economic impact would be if a group of WWE wrestlers hit the indy scene.

If by “slightly” you mean “ridiculously” I agree with you. I think people are just using it as click bait.  They said Nia Jax asked for a release when she didn’t.  Here’s the deal, indies are what they are.  Names move the needle a bit, but not seismically.  And if they pay a guy, say, 1000 bucks and they charge 10 bucks a ticket, the talent needs to sell 100 tickets for them to break even.  That doesn’t happen much of the time.  A lot of guys stay with WWE for that reason, they can make better money that way and not have to scramble for paydays.

Now, I don't know if you're aware of this promotion, but it's called GWF (German Wrestling Federation) and they have a title called the Loserweight Championship and it's exactly what it is a belt for the loser of the match. My question is, do you think that WWE could benefit from having a championship like that? It could lead into some very comedic moments and maybe in some ways help get guys over. Your thoughts?

I think WWE already books enough guys badly and has enough “comedy”.  I have no desire to see guys fighting over being losers and I don’t think WWE would want to promote something like that.  They are about winning.
