HOW WRESTLECON CAN RUN ACROSS THE STREET FROM WRESTLEMANIA AXXESS, AN UNLIKELY TABLE FOR 3, WWE TALENT APPEARANCES AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2017-10-06 10:00:00

I have an idea for an episode of table for 3 on the WWE network. Lita, Edge, and Matt Hardy. Not only with this probably be the highest rated episode, but I would also be interesting to see them interact many years after the affair. Do you think the WWE would be open to this? Do you think Hardy, Lita, and Edge would be open to do the episode?

I like the idea and don't think any of them would have an issue in doing the episode.  There's been a lot of time that has passed and they are all in different places in their lives.  I don't see WWE wanting to go with such an adult topic for that show, but my primary fear, honestly, is that WWE would make the episode so short that just as they had the chance to really dive into the topic, it would be over.  It think it's unlikely to happen, especially when WWE could just make a long-form documentary about it.

When WWE talents make appearances are they paid extra?

It depends on the situation.  If they are being booked by a convention or third party, both they and WWE are paid.  If it's a promotional appearance specifically for WWE, no.

I am going to AXXESS for the first time when Wrestlemania comes to New Orleans.  My goal for the weekend is to meet every McMahon.  What are the odds they sign at the event?

If we go by history, zero.  Vince, Shane, Stephanie, and Linda have never done autograph signings at AXXESS.  I hate to tell you this, but it's probably not going to happen.

Also, I saw that Wrestlecon is running right across the street from AXXESS.  How in the world did WWE allow that to happen?

WWE doesn't have the ability to prevent every building from presenting pro wrestling when they are in town, especially if they aren't utilizing the venue.  WWE has, in recent years, worked with cities to have exclusivity on State and City owned venues during Mania week, but in this case, the venue is privately owned, so Wrestlecon booked it.

What's the one pro wrestling autobiography you'd like to see published at this point?

Don Muraco, Vader and Les Thatcher all come to mind.
