He The pre-show match saw Elias take on Apollo Crews.  As I said in the Tip Sheet, Elias is on the upward swing and Apollo has been stuck in neutral so the only thing that made sense was for Elias to win, which he did in a solid match.  Elias definitely has a ton of upside, including a run as a babyface because the crowd is already into him.

On another note, they are really pushing The Network hard.  They make the point that in your free month you can get THREE PPVs.  That is pretty crazy when you think about it.  Also, you get to see Asuka's debut at the TLC PPV on 10/22 as well.

The show is opening up with Jason Jordan getting an IC Title match against The Miz.  The Champ came out first.  I always hate that.  The Champ deserves to be second.

Jordan came out on fire and dominated the early part of the match, but then Miz used Miz tactics to turn it around.

The crowd is doing dueling chants of, "Who's your Daddy" and "Let's go Miz!"

Miz hit a bunch of It Kicks but Jordan then caught him and threw him with a suplex.  Jordan got up first and went to work on Miz. Miz took it to the floor and when the Mizfits came near him, he tossed them.  He took Miz into the ring and did the Crossface.  Miz fought and got to the rope to break it.

The crowd is chanting this is awesome.  It's very good.

Miz came flying into the corner and Jordan caught him with a big suplex.  Jordan had it won when Dallas came into the ring and distracted the ref.  That allowed Curtis Axel to help Miz get the win when he nailed Jordan.  Miz hit the Skull Crushing Finale and got the win.  Very good match to start the show.  Jordan looked good and got screwed, so it's not over.

Renee interviewed Jordan after the match.  He said he was disappointed he couldn't overcome the odds.  He said he doesn't respect the Miz and would like to get a rematch.  He then told Miz he sucked.

Mike Eps is in LA live and sent this: "LA hates Jason Jordan."

Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt is up next.  Wyatt was out first.  As Bray entered the ring, Wyatt attacked him from behind and laid him out at ringside before the match even started.

Finn got to his feet as FInn sold his midsection and was taken to the back by the refs.  Then Bray went on the mic and called Finn a little coward, and told him to run away.  Bray said that Finn wasn't a demon, or even a man.  He is a coward.  Then Finn took off his jacket and ran to the ring, and the match is on.

Finn is wearing powder blue and white, i.e. pure babyface colors.

They went back and forth early, with Finn selling the ribs.  Then he got Bray caught in the apron and went to work on Bray.  When Bray got up, the action heated up, very fast paced.

The story was that Finn couldn't get up to the top fast enough to hit the Coup.  He tried again and he and Bray slugged it out.  Bray went down and Finn hit the Coup to the back of the head, but two count only.  Bray got a two with a shot/clothesline to the face.

Bray then went into power mode, tossing Finn across the ring.  Damn, WWE really blew it with him.  He is so good.  This guy should be higher up the card.

Bray went up on the ropes and Finn came back and kicked him in the face.   He followed with a dropkick into the ropes.  And then one into the other side.  He went up to the top, Coup De Gras, 1-2-3.

Really good match, physical as hell and a good story with Finn in smaller babyface selling the ribs mode.  Finn preened for the appreciative crowd after the match.

The Tag Title match is up next.  Cesaro and Sheamus are confident that when the going gets tough, the former Shield members will falter.

The champs are out first.

When they announced Asuka's debut live Eps said, "Not that big of a reaction to Asuka in the building".

I like it, this has become the Funnest Mailblog, TM.  Take that Eps, I beat you to it.

The challengers opened hot, beating the snot out of Ambrose for the first few minutes.  He took a big swing into the ring steps/ring post.  Looked nasty.

They asked Dean if he could continue, and he said yes, but he kept getting beat down.  It has been Seth taking the beating a lot of the time in previous matches.
