EVOLVE aired their PPV on their own platform and not on Floslam, so wouldn't they now be in breach of their contract?

Technically, I guess they are, but given that WWN sources are claiming the streaming service was witholding payments for several months of events, one could argue that Flosports was in breach to begin with.  It's one of those ugly situations that will have to work itself out in court.

What is FloSports going to do to replace the WWN programming?

I actually emailed the service yesterday asking what they intended to do to keep people from asking for refunds.  In response, I received the following in my email: "Thanks for reaching out. We have issued a prorated credit back to your account. Please allow up to 5 business days to see a credit. We have also canceled your subscription based on your request."

Yep.  I kid you not.  My guess is that FloSports doesn't have major plans for FloSlam going forward.

Is this going to kill WWN?

It could be.   It all depends on their financial situation.  They were being paid a lot of money to stream shows that were held in front of, in many cases, sparce crowds.  If they are now in the hole for three months of those events and were expecting that money to come in, it's not a positive, at all.  Nothing is for certain until the legal situation plays out.  It's possible this could be the beginning of the end, but if everything works out in their favor, they will be fine.

What does this mean for Style Battle?

I am guessing that the events that the promotion ran specifically for FloSports will fade away as specific live events.  WWN had added those events as part of their agreement with FloSports.

WWE is an investor in FloSports, so where do you think they will side?

WWE sent Cedric Alexander to EVOLVE this weekend to assist them, so that, to me, pretty much makes it clear where they stand.

If it turns out that WWN defrauded FloSports, how does this change how you will cover them?

If it is proven that they defrauded FloSports, we will cover them as a group that did something wrong and illegal.  I don't think the promotion would continue to exist on any major level if that's the case, so it wouldn't be an issue.  If WWN lied to FloSports, they deserve to be exposed for it.  Anyone who does something wrong does.  But, as of this writing, we only know FloSports' allegations and we won't know the WWN side until they file their side legally.  It's going to get ugly and it's going to take a lot of time before any of this is resolved.
