Have you ever looked at the things GFW sells on its site, and the prices?  Do they set the prices so high because they know that they won’t sell anyway?

That is a good a reason as any!  I love this one: “Slammiversary 2017 Framed Autographed Turnbuckle "Event Used”. MSRP: $799.00 Price: $699.00”.  So they think a manufacture really sets that price?  It just makes me laugh.  For that item, they should be happy to get fifty bucks in my opinion.

Also, did GFW really send out an email for their conference call asking reporters to ask John Gaburick about his time in WWE?  What are they thinking?

Yep, they did.  I don’t know what they were thinking to be honest.  It would have been pretty funny if a reporter asked, “John, your PR department wanted us to ask you about your time in WWE.  So my question is, with the things are in GFW, when you think you will be spending more time in WWE?”

Did the right woman win the Mae Young Classic? Did the loss hurt Shayna Baszler and if so how bad?

One, to me it’s a tournament.  I don’t think losing hurts Baszler at all since it happened in front of a small audience, relative to WWE’s reach.  And as we have seen, as talent comes up from NXT, their past doesn’t necessary carryover to their present or future.  As to whether the right person won, as I said on the Stu and Pid show, as long as a totally unqualified person didn’t win, I would have been fine with a number of women winning.

As someone who runs their own online newspaper, I'm used to working on holidays.  I also know that movie theatre staff work on days like Christmas.  So I can't be outraged at WWE Raw being live on Christmas Day.  That being said, in any business, the reward has to be worth the risk.  Given how many people don't pay attention to TV on Christmas, go to the movies (like I do), is the risk (money spent) on having a live show worth it?  Will the ratings be enough to justify it?

Here’s the thing, it doesn’t matter to USA.  They don’t get a break in rights fees for holiday shows.  So to them, they want a better chance at grabbing an audience on the holiday and since they have to agree to airing a taped show, if they choose not to, that’s the way it will be.

Is it me, or are the promos getting better and fiercer? Cena and Reigns's promos together, and Miz going off on Enzo, seem to incorporate things that are real, and that seems to have made them better. At least I enjoy them better now. Your thoughts?

They have been getting more insider, for sure.  I am OK with that to a degree but I think with Cena he has gone overboard in talking about Reigns.  To me, promos should be done to create heat and make both wrestlers look stronger.  Pointing out legitimate weaknesses, like Cena has done, just doesn’t do it for me.  Now, if Roman wipes the floor with him on Sunday, OK.  But if not, it just seems like Cena was making Reigns look bad.  With that said, there is definitely an element of the base that loves the shoot stuff.  No doubt.
