Week 1:
- William Regal announces a series of matches will determine the competitors in a Fatal 4 Way for the NXT Women's title.
- Sanity enters the arena. Eric Young says they wrote the book on creating a statement. He says all that matters is chaos. Young says he'll take Adam Cole to the edge of Sanity tonight
- Lars Sullivan def Oney Lorcan
Post match: Sullivan tries to attack Lorcan, but Danny Burch makes the save.
- Heavy Machinery def Demetrious Bronson and a partner
- Liv Morgan def. Vanessa Borne
- Kassius Ohno def. Fabian Aichner
- Adam Cole cuts a short promo describing him, Fish, and O'Reilly as Undisputed and that it's their era
- Adam Cole def. Eric Young
Week 2
- Nikki Cross and Ruby Riot def. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce
- Aleister Black vs. Lio Rush never starts as Rush is attacked from behind by the Velveteen Dream. Dream keeps calling out Aleister to notice him.
- Kairi Sane def. Aliyah
- NXT Championship match: Drew McIntyre (c) def. Roderick Strong
Post match: The Undisputed Era greets Roderick Strong at the top on the stage. They talk to him for a minute before leaving.
Week 3
- NXT Women's Championship Qualifying Triple Threat match: Peyton Royce def. Liv Morgan and Nikki Cross. During the match, The Undisputed Era recruited Taynara Contito interfere and cost Nikki the match.
- Velveteen Dream def. Lio Rush
- Lars Sullivan def Danny Burch
- Street Profits win a squash
- Andrade Almas (w/Zelina Vega) def. Johnny Gargano. Fantastic match.
Week 4
- NXT Women's Championship Qualifying Triple Threat match: Ember Moon def. Sonya Deville and Ruby Riot
- Aleister Black def. Raul Mendoza. Velveteen Dream is ringside.
- Kassius Ohno def. Cezar Bononi
- Sanity def. The Undisputed Era by DQ when The Authors of Pain interfered and laid Sanity out.
Notes:
- Triple H came out before the show and thanked the fans for coming out after a tough week for the state of Florida.
- Canadian Olympic wrestler Erica Wiebe, who had been visiting the Performance Center the last few days, was in attendance and was talking with Canyon Cemen off to the side around the time the Almas/Gargano match started.
- The NXT Women's Championship will be defended at Takeover with three of the competitors already locked in. It remains to be seen who will be the fourth entrant.
