Triple H announced on Twitter that Mae Young Classic tournament victor Kairi Sane will be competing for the vacant WWE NXT Women's championship at the 11/18 WWE NXT Takeover: Houston event on the WWE Network.
Sane's opponent(s) have yet to be announced. The championship was declared vacant when Asuka forfeited the belt to "negotiate with the WWE main roster." She has since been announced as Raw-bound.
