During the show closing angle on Smackdown Live, Vince McMahon confronted Kevin Owens to set up Owens vs. Shane McMahon in a Hell in A Cell bout at the PPV of the same name.
Closing out the segment, Owens drilled McMahon with a headbutt, legitimately cutting open his forehead and bloodying McMahon's face in what was obviously not planned.
A bloody McMahon rose to his feet and attempted to go after Owens, only to be punched down. McMahon again rose to his feet, only to be superkicked back down by Owens and then hit with a frog splash off the top rope.
