WWNLive.com stated they sold over 8,000 tickets at their events over Wrestlemania weekend in Orlando, Florida. They have already lined up a venue for New Orleans over Wrestlemania 34 weekend. They will not return to Tulane University where they ran last time Mania was in the Big Easy.
Lio Rush has been added to the 5/20 Chicago and 5/21 Detroit events. The promotion is already working on return dates for those markets, empowered by early ticket sales being strong. They are also looking into adding some more new markets for this summer.
Jason Kincaid is being held out of the next set of shows due to a stinger he suffered in Orlando as a precaution. He is slated to return for the May events in the Mid-West.
Stokely Hathaway took on an expanded role with the company in Florida, heading a lecture on talent branding as part of the WWN tryout and seminar that got great reviews.
Ethan Page vs. Darby Allin in a Last Man Standing Match has been added to EVOLVE 82 on 4/22 in Queens, NY. Allin wrestled last weekend so he is back from the injury. He was busted open hardway in the Anything Goes match vs. Ethan Page in Orlando.
