ROCK'S LATEST FILM OUT FRIDAY, BEHIND THE SCENES FEUD SPOTLIGHTED BY MEDIA, LITA ON HARDYS RETURN AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2017-04-10 11:06:00

The latest film in the Fast and the Furious Franchise, Fate of the Furious, will be released this Friday theatrically.  There's been a lot of media attention on the fact that Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel had issues over the course of filming, with many of the stories focused on Diesel, who pretty much runs the franchise, being late to set and Johnson, who has a reputation for being really nice and on top of things, getting angry over his Diesel was treating him and others on the set.  Johnson and Diesel finally had it out in a trailer after Johnson made comments knocking some of his "male co-stars" on Instagram.  The pair are not doing media together to promote the film.

Luke Hawx, promoter and wrestler from New Orleans' Wildkat Sports has a small role in the film, facing off with Johnson.  Hawx recently had a role in the latest Wolverine film Logan as well.

Several readers sent word that WWE issued a survey asking for feedback on the announced Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt "House of Horrors" match that was recently set up on Smackdown Live, asking for feedback on what such a match should feature, where it should take place and what sort of weapons, if any, should be involved.  We were told it listed everything from straitjackets to pyrotecnics to chainsaws.

WWE has officially added Network Collections for Edge and the run up to ECW's first PPV, Barely Legal.

Paul Jordan sent the following:

Lita commented on The Hardys' return to WWE, writing, " I wish @MATTHARDYBRAND and @JEFFHARDYBRAND all this best in this chapter with @WWE Go get 'em boyz!!" on her Twitter account.

The latest edition of artist Rob Schamberger's "Canvas to Canvas" features Schamberger's Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar portrait, which was created over the course of Wrestlemania 33 at AXXESS:
