WWE IN INDIA UPDATE, BIG SHOW'S FUTURE, WWE INTERVIEWS AND MORE

By Steven Fernandes on 2017-04-01 17:43:00

WWE has dropped interest in signing Indian Olympic wrestler Sushil Kumar, according to Vice President Canyon Ceman, who said it was hard to convince him to move from India where he is a national icon to America where nothing would be guaranteed. Ceman noted that they are still hoping to sign an Indian amateur wrestler similar to Kumar's stature as WWE looks to make further moves into the Indian market. He said with India being their second biggest market, they should be represented by 6 to 8 wrestlers of Indian heritage. He also mentioned that WWE will start doing annual events in India with dates to be announced soon. For more information click here.
