WHY WWE MANAGEMENT LIKES ROMAN REIGNS, WHY WE GET CELEBRITIES AT WRESTLEMANIA, RELEGATING THE CRUISERWEIGHTS AND MORE

Why is it that Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn love to feature celebrities and musical guests for WrestleMania? Is it because McMahon and Dunn love to promote mainstream media as well as the casual fan?

Vince wants WrestleMania to be an event on the level of The Super Bowl so he likes to make it as “big” as possible.  It’s about more than just wrestling to Vince.

I know that both Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn are said to be huge fans of Roman Reigns which may explain why Reigns is being pushed as John Cena's so-called successor, but what was the story on how Reigns became a future main-eventer? Do you think that it was the time during the FCW days when Reigns was Leakee that both McMahon and Dunn became enamored by his size and look?

You know more about Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn than I do!  In the case of Reigns, they see a good looking, well built person that they can push as a top tier star.  I don’t see any problem with that assessment and frankly, if he had been better protected by the booking I don’t think they would have the situation with him that they do now.

Guys, I have to say that if I was in the cruiserweight division, I would be taking it as a slap in the face that my championship was being defended on the KICKOFF show at WM.  I mean, WWE is trying to build 205 live (A WWE Network exclusive), and the put that championship match on the kickoff show (before most people will even tune in).  Do you think that VKM is already trying to write the CW division off?  Should the CW's feel dejected about their place on the WM card?

I don’t know if Vince is doing that but I am 100 percent on board with you.  That match should have been on the PPV proper.  NO Title match should ever be relegated to the pre-broadcast in my opinion.  If they want to have a Title, it should be treated with respect.  I hated when they announced that would be a pre-show match.  And given the history of how WWE has used smaller guys, they should have been cognizant of the fact that putting the Title match on the pre-show sent a bad message.

I'm confused about HHH vs Rollins. if HHH beats him..then he's beaten an injured man. Should Seth win, then HHH could not even beat an injured Rollins. So no matter who wins the match…who really wins?

As I type this on Friday, I think you are missing the point.  The fact that Seth is injured means that if he beats Triple H, it shows how strong he is.  I like that and that is how the match had better go.

With WOS Wrestling coming to ITV under Anthem, a number of the wrestlers listed as involved are regulars with ICW. ICW, as you've reported, is expected to be on the WWE network sometime soon. With what happened with the UK tournament wrestlers (contracts preventing them appearing elsewhere), do you think there will be any issues with wrestlers appearing on both of these shows?

I definitely think anyone involved will be given the choice of whether they want to work with WWE or Anthem.  I can’t see WWE allowing them to do both and frankly, if I were them I wouldn’t allow that option either.
