Nikki Bella noted on her Facebook page today that she has had a severe sprain in her neck. She said that is the reason she didn't wrestle over the weekend on the house shows.
She said that she went to her doctor yesterday and has been cleared for her match at WrestleMania (I don't think it was ever in doubt).
She is expected to take time off after Sunday's show.
