WWE have applied for a new XFL trademark for clothing and merchandise purposes.
WWE were trying to trademark 'Just Bring it' also for clothing and merchandise purposes, but were opposed by Nike in June of last year. On December 22, 2016, WWE requested to withdraw their application, and it was officially withdrawn today.
