If you could make one change to wrestling in 2016, what would it be?

I want to preface this by saying I mean no disrespect at all by the statement.  Vince McMahon has had an amazing, legendary run as an entrepreneur and a booker.  His career has been nothing short of amazing.  With that said, after booking for over 30 years, he has gotten repetitive and often stale in his presentation of Raw.  So if I got my one pick, it would be to have him take at least three months off from having a hand in the creative process and I would put it in the hands of HHH.  The Jerrys in Memphis (Jarrett and Lawler) had the right idea when they would take six month turns with the booking.

OK, you get a second thing you can change, what is it?

This was tough to not put at number one, so I am glad I get a second chance.  I would cut the third hour off of Raw, immediately.  I think that is at least part of the reason that WWE has the creative issues that it does.

OK, one more.  What is your number three change?

From everything we have heard, this is coming anyway but just in case it doesn’t, I would have Anthem take control of the power in TNA from Dixie Carter.  The only chance that company has to rebound is to make the change at the top.  At the end of the day, where a company is comes down to the person running it.  Carter has taken TNA from doing really well on Spike to not-so-well on Destination America to the current situation with Pop TV (and let’s not forget they lost their number two TV deal in the UK starting next year).  Yeah, TNA needs that change, asap.

Depending upon the situation, do you think a two person announce team is better than a three person announce team?  The smaller promotions are better for it.  I'm sick of WWE's team just trampling over each other.  Is less more?

This could be on the above list.  Yes, three is a crowd.  A damn crowd.  And four is even worse.  I am a big proponent of the two man booth.

Do you think that Rusev stopped representing Russia because Vladimir Putin agreed to help Trump win the election as long as the McMahons stopped making Russians bad guys? This would explain why Trump rewarded Linda with a cabinet position.

Uhhhhh, no.
