As of last night, the plan has been for Bayley to debut as Sasha Banks' partner tonight aganst Charlotte and Dana. We are told that has been the plan since the mystery partner angle was booked.
It would appear WWE held Bayley off from the Draft to get a big surprise reaction when she appears at the PPV tonight.
