TNA EXPECTED TO SIGN WORKING AGREEMENT WITH....

TNA and Ohio Valley Wrestling are circling a working relationship, PWInsider.com can confirm.

We are told the two sides are working towards an agreement that would see OVW become what would be essentially a developmental system for TNA.  That agreement is set to be signed very soon.

TNA President Carlos Silva has been in attendance at a number of OVW events, according to sources within OVW.  He was expected at the promotion's recent 1400th TV episode celebration but was not in attendance.
