ICW NHB PitFighterX "Battle of the Tough Guys" [Full Tournament]

ICW is REALLY bringing that “No Holds Barred” energy tonight with their own Battle of the Tough Guys. We have the cage set up at 81 Bay Brewing, No Ring to get in the way. Larry Legend is your announcer. This is being presented as two separate back-to-back shows but I’m going to write up this tournament as a whole.
1st Round Match – Dom Garrini vs. Kevin Ku
For such an incredible tag team, they are never afraid to throw down with each other when the times call for it. Violence is Forever EXPLODES (for a moment, at least). ViF testing each other. Dom trying to grab the arm while Ku wants to choke his friend out. They disengage, Dom gets the takedown and they are in a submission chess match. Ku grabs a STF but Dom grabs the ankle. They sit up in the sub and they start trading slaps back to their feet. Slaps turn to chop. Chops turn to forearms. Picking up speed and they are staggering each other. Ku pulls Dom into a guillotine, Dom out with kicks, Dom grabs a bully choke and Ku has to protect that neck. Tap out!

1st Round Match – Brett Ison vs. Daniel Garcia
Ison stalking Garcia, who picks the ankle and drags the Pitbull down. Ison grabs the toes and threatens to break ‘em. Ison in the standup and Garcia gets driven back into a door in the corner. Ison down in side control to drop elbow, transition to an armbar but this is Garcia’s world. Red Death wrapping the legs but can’t get the STF on the larger Ison. Ankle lock! Ison pulls him into a triangle and lands elbows. Back to the feet, Garcia goes for the ankle but Ison grabs the arm and wrenches. Garcia with a punch off the cage. He staggers Ison! Garcia swarms with punches! Ison tackles and grabs a leg bar! Garcia switches to the ankle lock. Ison grabs the ankle and Garcia grabs a kendo stick and beats Brett with it. Cross face with the kendo stick! Garcia grabs a deeeeeeep arm bar, stretching at the wrist and elbow. Ison powers out and throws knees to the back of the head. Brett eats a pile of elbows to the back of the head and gets thrown through a door. Ison ain’t done and Garcia grabs a guillotine. Ison stands up and suplexes Daniel through a chair to get the pin!

1st Round Match – Justin Kyle vs. Gary Jay
Another David vs Goliath. Gary ain’t afraid to box with the big man. Kyle landing brutal shots but Jay returning in kind. Kyle wants a powerbomb but rana’s him to the cage. Kyle is staggered and eating chops.....charges Gary into the cage! Gary with a ddt! Gary gets him up and DVD’s to a door! Kyle up and we’re trading shots from broken door parts! Gary with a still forearm but Kyle puts him through a door. Kyle tosses Gary through another door and the cage door flies open. Kyle with a powerbomb through a table. Another powerbomb! The ref calls it off as Kyle is so fired up he’s punching through the door as if it’s Gary Jay’s face. BRUTAL.

1st Round Match – Calvin Tankman vs. Jon Davis
Good standup feel out to start, Davis boxing and lads a stiff shot to the Tankman. Calvin takes him down and dropping clubbing blows into Davis’ guard. Davis switches the position but Calvin takes the back and slapping at the skull. Back to the feet and Tankman staggering Davis with punches. Is it over??? Davis with a huge punch coming from the canvas to the heavens and Tankman is starched and crashes to the mat. THAT DUDE.
Winner: Jon Davis (KO)
1st Round Match – Bruce Santee vs. Dan Maff
Santee and Maff got into it at Volume 11 last night so this is boiling over at the moment go. There’s no f***ery in the cage right now. They want to settle this with FISTS. Trading punches, chops, slaps and forearms but these dudes are just absorbing everything. This is all standup, Maff with a clean shot to the chin and Santee crumbles. Maff with the shoulder tackles, takes the back and clubbing with elbows until the ref puts a stop to it.
Winner: Dan Maff (stoppage)
1st Round Match – Nolan Edward vs. JD Drake
ICW is getting a rematch of one of ACTION Wrestling’s best main events. JD wants revenge for that loss too. Swarm with a flurry of big forearms. Big judo throw takedown. Nolan tries a crucifix rollup and starts blasting Nolan’s already taped up arm with a chair over and over. Drake torturing the kid with chops and kicks. More chair shots as NO FLINCH Nolan lives up to his moniker. Drake with a con-chair-to to the arm of Edward. Nolan taking a huge beating. Drake grabs the white towel that he gave to Edward in ACTION and hangs him by the throat off his back with it. Drake setting up a bunch of chairs and smashes Nolan through it. Drake with more loud slaps and torturing Nolan while next round opponent Brett Ison looks on from outside the cage. Drake getting distracted by his desire to taunt Ison. Nolan fires up and hits a back suplex. Big elbow staggers JD. Nolan send him into a chair in the corner!! Nolan with a flying headbutt and Drake is out for the three! This is awesome and Nolan has a date with his KOBK friend in the next round. Drake lays out Nolan one more time before he leaves the cage.

1st Round Match – SHLAK vs. Ruben Steel
Some guys start with a lockup. These two start by trading chair shots to the head. Steel tackles SHLAK into a barbed wire board. Cannonball from Steel into a door. Steel dropping bombs but SHLAK picks up a backpack and goes into a door. SHLAK has a club covered in gusset plates and blasts Steel in the arms with it. Ruben with a thumbtack paddle, cracked over SHLAK’s head. SHLAK with a gusset plate stuck in the arm. Both guys are opened up. SHLAK tastes the cage. Steel gets a gusset pounded into his heart. SHLAK pounding chairs into Steel. Gussets to the forehead and SHLAK is trying to chew through his head. Steel kicks out after being manhandled. Both guys have water jug poles. They get broken over their heads. Steel grinding more blood out of SHLAK’s face. SHLAK with a powerbomb through a carpet strip door. SHLAK grabs a plastic bag and suffocates Steel! WHAT. Steel isn’t dead and comes swinging a carpet strip bat. DDT into the barbed wire and SHLAK has been downed for three. Wow!

1st Round Match – Reed Bentley vs. John Wayne Murdoch
We close the tournament first round the way it started: A war between tag team partners. This time The Rejects explode and we’re setting up a LOT of plunder in the cage for this battle. I’m seeing graters, tables, chairs, barbed wire, bats, razors, glass, kegs, a KNIFE BOARD. Let’s go. Trading blows and JWM gets dropped to the hard floor of the cage. Bentley sets up the glass and puts the IWTV wrestler of the year though it. Murdoch takes chair shots and a gusset plate. Bentley has a knife! JWM takes it and carves into Reed’s head. JWM grabs a disposable razor and running that on Reed’s flesh. The cage flies open and they battle into the brewery. Bentley getting heated with a bat covered in cans. Bentley makes his friend tastes the chain link. The fight spills into the Brewery parking lot as the ref begs them to get back inside. Trading fast jabs and Murdoch eats the wall of the building. Bar fight on the benches. JWM biting at Bentley’s head. They take the fight back into the cage. JWM with a gusset bat but Reed gets it and unloads. Murdoch is a bloody mess. Reed blasts him off the top of the head with a garbage can. Murdoch won’t die and they are throwing kicks at each other from the ground. Murdoch blasts a trash can shot, brain buster through a short table, Bentley kicks out! Bentley with a piledriver onto the kegs, Murdoch bounces off but he’s out at two! Bentley with a running forearm through a pane of glass to Murdoch’s head finally keeps him down for the three count. What an upset!!!
Winner: Reed Bentley (pin)
The first round and first show comes to a close! The guys get a couple of hours to clean up, rest up and throw some undesirables out of the building. ICW head honcho Danny Demanto makes sure everyone know they are not welcome in the 81 Bay Brewery.
2nd Round Match - Nolan Edward vs Brett Ison
Nolan’s arm is still a mess from his encounter with JD Drake. Ison may be his friend but the Pitbull is alway KOBK when that cage door closes. Ison shoves Nolan to the cage wall and Edward punches a door in pained frustration. Nolan chops back but Ison is no mercy, dragging him to the mat and stomping out that injured wing. Nolan with a defiant slap, Ison with a flurry of them. Back suplex through a door. Ison blasting him with door parts repeatedly. This is a mugging. Big boot but only a two count. Nolan dodges a backfist, showtime headbutt, flying headbutt and Ison in UNCONSCIOUS!!! Whoa! Brett gives his brother in arms a hug after the match and they walk out together.
Winner: Nolan Edward (KO)
2nd Round Match - Dominic Garrini vs Jon Davis
This is a rematch from ICW “Then & Now” on Thursday Night. Will Dom go toe to toe with Davis in the same way again or will he have a change of strategy to avoid getting dropped again. This is a different Dom that showed up in the early minutes, as he carefully drags Davis to the mat and works an armbar. Davis slips out and takes the back and works the arm himself. Dom dropping knees and elbows but Davis switches and takes mount. Dom works to side and disengages. Davis goes to work with palm strikes and jabs in the pocket. Davis hits a knee that Dom stumbles on. Davis comes running in but Dom hits an upkick and pulls him into a bully choke. It’s deep and Davis taps out! Dom advances but sounds like they need a rubber match!
Winner: Dominic Garrini (submission)
2nd Round Match - Justin Kyle vs Dan Maff
Kyle throwing combos that score on Maff. One hit lands flush and Dan charges him into the cage wall. Strikes on the wall and Kyle is staggered. Maff spears him through a door. Kyle throwing bombs and smiling as Maff returns fire. Kyle hit a powerslam through a door for two. Maff getting beaten with a door. Kyle gets camera happy and Maff tosses him through another door. Kyle up with a high kick. Maff hits a burning hammer through a table.....Kyle is back up in a rage. Maff throws a chair and dropkicks through his head. Maff drags him out and makes the pin. 1, 2, 3. Brutal.

2nd Round Match - Ruben Steel vs Reed Bentley
Steel attacks Reed at the entryway and rams him into a support beam. Reed getting choked on the cage. Bentley posts Steel and rams a chair into his throat. Steel throws a chair and bites at the hand. Trading chops but Steel is oozing crimson. Ruben with a tack bat and buries a few dozen tacks in the skull of Bentley. Two count. Reed gets the bat and covers Steel’s chest with the things. Reed gets carpet strips kicked into him. Reed grabs a board of graters but Steel hits a lariat into the graters. Ow. Steel blasts a chair into the lowlands of Reed. Reed starting to fight back, dodging and landing shots. He claps the head of Steel with chairs. Steel sets up a board with all sorts of pain on it. Reed with a regal plex through the trash. Reed punches a chair into Steel’s face. Steels back with a chair shot to the head. Steel sets up a barbed wire board, trading shots, climbing onto the kegs. Reed with a double underhook piledriver through the barbed wire board and Steel is down for three. It takes a bit to disentangle these guys from the barbed wire but there should some respect to each other.
Winner: Reed Bentley (pin)
Brandon Kirk shows up and tells Reed to get out of his pit. Brandon Kirk is mad that he’s not in this tournament since he says he’s the best Deathmatch wrestler in the world. Kirk refuses to leave without a fight....hit the music....John Wayne Murdoch has more fight in him tonight and PLENTY of time on his hands after being eliminated from the bracket on the previous show. “Are you SURE you wanna do this, John? Asks Brandon. Danny Demanto comes out and makes the match official for later and Brandon immediately turns tail and runs. He has a long night ahead of him.
Semi-Final Match - Dominic Garrini vs Dan Maff
Dom wants to kick down Maff but Dan warns him. Dom picks the ankle, Maff tries to stack it but Dom slides into the bully choke but Maff is ready and slips out. Dom takes the arm and tries to reach it off. Maff punches his way free and demands Dom get up. Maff shoves Dom to the cage and throws chops. Dom replies with a series of chops but Danny Maff wakes up and he goes ham on more chops. Dom tries to break Maff’s chopping hand with kicks. Maff coming in but Dom working a triangle. Maff trying to stack him up, throwing short punches to the chest. Dom breaks free and Maff spears him through a door. Mafff with headbutts and tackles Dom through another door. Kick out! Maff with a ripcord forearm to the head that drops Garrini, Maff swarms and hits a series of fast elbows. Dom can’t defend himself and Kevin Ku throws in the towel from the outside. Maff advances to the finals, but he offers a fist bump of respect for the Bone Collector who is helped to his feet by Ku.
Winner: Dan Maff (by outside stoppage)
Semi-Final Match - Nolan Edward vs Reed Bentley
Nolan’s hits towel is becoming increasingly covered in blood as the night goes on. Nolan’s head is at least half tape right now. His left arm is completely bandaged up and immobilized. What does he have left? He grabs the arm of Reed and kicks at the elbow repeatedly. Reed and Nolan trading aggressive chops. Reed bounces him off the cage wall. Nolan in a rage and slinging chairs. Bentley returns fire and uses a chair to crash Nolan in to the wall. The adrenaline is flowing, Nolan’s arm is free and they’re trading strikes. Nolan hits a boot to the cage wall but it’s not enough. Nolan tries his suicide headbutt again but smashes the cage wall. Reed with a popup forearm but Nolan up at one?!?! Reed with a running forearm on the button and Nolan goes limp for the three count. Great effort from Nolan. Reed gets the microphone, puts Nolan over hard because Reed knows this isn’t the only time they will face each other across the pit or chains.
Winner: Reed Bentley (pin)
Non-Tournament Match: John Wayne Murdoch vs Brandon Kirk (w/ Kasey Kirk)
Ring the bell, Murdoch puts Kirk through a door. Kirk gets sabu’d. Out of the cage, Kirk getting smashed into the stage and cage and some belts the fans have at ringside. Kirk LAUNCHED through a section of chairs. Kirk dragged back in....he wants a package piledriver through a cage. Kasey hits him with a kendo stick. Murdoch knocks Kirk into a chair and hits Kasey with a Brian buster into her husband. Murdoch makes the pin. That was a murder.
Winner: John Wayne Murdoch (pin)
Battle of the Tough Guys Final Match - Reed Bentley vs Dan Maff
Maff slams the cage door closed and these guys go into the flurrry oof back and forth punches. Maff is biting, throwing headbutts and slaps. Reed wants more but Maff is too willing to give it. Maff smashes his head in the cage door. Reed tries a german but Maff with a low blow. Reed recovers and crashes a chair into Maff’s throat. Reed grinding an elbow into the rib, Maff biting the arm. Reed eats a headbutt, double slap and chair shot to the back. Chair to the rub and sabu’d. Maff can only get a two count here. Reed wrestles a grap, ripcords a shot onto the chin. Two more and Mafff is crumbled. Reed puts a door on Maff and sentons through it. Only a two count! Reed looking for chairs and Maff pounces him into the cage wall. Reed pulled back up but stuns Maff and piledrives him to a pile of chairs. Piling up the debris. Another piledriver to the pile. Kick out! Reed hitting Maff with a door over and over but Dan is eating it and firing back until the hardware is splinters. Reed is limp in the corner but the ref lets it go. Maff with a burning hammer in the chairs. Kick out! Reed with a running forearm to the head. Kick out! Reed wants a tiger driver but Maff hits a headbutt and an Olympic slam to the chairs and that’s all she wrote!
Tournament Winner: Dan Maff (pin)
Maff waits for Bentley to get his legs back under his before offering a handshake to the runner-up. Dan Maff says that tomorrow night, Nolan Edward will be on the menu. He wants to see how Edward has improved since the last time they fought. Let’s hope No Flinch gets his arm back by then!
