WWE NXT UK PRELUDE REPORT: WALTER VERSUS BROWN, BATE VERSUS DAR, SATOMURA, RAY, AND MORE

We are in London, England and your announcers are Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness.

A-Kid shows up on the NXT UK Tron and he says he will be watching this match closely because this title means so much to him.

Match Number One:  Tyler Bate (with Trent Seven) versus Noam Dar (with Sha Samuels) in a Number One Contenders Match for the Heritage Cup Championship under Heritage Cup Rules

Round Number One

They lock up and Bate backs Dar into the ropes and Dar pushes Bate and avoids him.  Dar misses a kick but Dar spins Bate and tries for a back slide but Bate blocks it and he tries to use the turnbuckles for leverage.  Bate backs Dar into the turnbuckles and gets a near fall with a back slide.  Bate leap frogs Dar and gets the three count with a rollup.

Bate:  One Fall 
Dar:  Zero Falls

Round Two

Bate reminds Dar that he has a fall.  Dar with a kick to the leg and they go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock.  Bate with a wrist lock as he takes Dar to the mat.  Dar with a single leg take down.  Dar gets a near fall and then Bate gets a near fall.  Bate with a cravate and take down.  

Dar escapes and he applies a chin lock.  Bate with a full nelson and cravate.  Dar backs Bate into the ropes.  Dar with an arm drag followed by elbows to the head for a near fall.  Dar with a wrist lock and Bate with a drop kick.  Dar goes to the apron and Samuels gives Dar some advice.  They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Bate with a leg sweep as the round ends.

Round Three

Dar with kicks to the chest and Bate goes down.  Dar with an elbow and he stomps on the arm.  Dar with a clothesline and he stomps on the knee.  Bate with a head butt to the midsection.  Dar with a back fist for a near fall.  Dar with kicks to the chest.  Dar hip tosses Bate into the ropes and Bate's legs bounce off the ropes. 

Dar with a kick and belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.  Dar with an Irish whip that almost takes out the referee.  Bate with a kick and European uppercut off the turnbuckles.  Bate gets Dar up and he gives Dar an airplane spin.  Bate goes the other way for the last ten seconds as the round end.

Round Four

Dar has trouble regaining his balance after the airplane spin.  Bate blocks a kick and he gets Dar up for another airplane spin.  Bate with a rebound clothesline for a near fall.  Bate with a running European uppercut in the corner.  Bate misses a forearm and Dar with a chin lock and knee to the midsection.  Dar with a running clothesline for a near fall.  

Dar kicks the hamstring but Bate traps the arm and Bate kicks Dar in the head.  Dar with a kick to the arm and a back heel kick to the knee.  Bate with a European uppercut.  Dar with a kick to the chest.  Dar with an elbow to the top of the head.  Dar misses a forearm into the corner but he kicks Bate's leg to send him to the mat.  Bate with a head butt and both men are down and the round ends.

Round Five

Dar with forearms and punches.  Bate with punches of his own.  Dar with a kick to the leg.  Dar with a kick to the chest and more kicks.  Dar with a waist lock and Bate escapes.  Dar catches Bate coming off the ropes into a knee bar and Bate taps.

Round Six

Bate with a German suplex for a near fall.  Dar wtih a rollup after countering the Tyler Driver.  Bate with a rolling kick and Bate goes up top.  Samuels gets on the apron and Seven pulls him off.  Samuels and Seven fight on the floor.  Bate sends Dar to the floor and they are all on the floor as Bate hits a plancha onto Samuels and Seven.  Dar moves out of the way and he sends Bate into the ring steps.  Bate with a punch to Dar followed by a Tyler Driver for the three count.

Winner:  Tyler Bate

We see WALTER and Rampage Brown walking in the back.

Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster are asked how they are doing after their last match.  Mark says they are getting ready for their next challenge.  

Ilja Dragunov says this frustration has gotten to him.  He says he was not just defeated, he was destroyed.  We see Sam Gradwell's comments to Ilja.  Ilja says he does not know if he can be the same person any more.  

We go to commercial.

We are back with more training from Jack Starz and Piper Niven.  Piper asks Jack if he is ready.  Piper tells him that next week he will show everyone.

Jordan Devlin asks NXT UK if they have missed their ace.  He says aces don't sweat it, they get results.  When he is done in Orlando, he will come back to the UK as the Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion.

Match Number Two:  Meiko Satomura and Emilia McKenzie versus Kay Lee Ray and Isla Dawn

McKenzie and Dawn start things off and McKenzie with forearms.  Dawn with European uppercuts and a side head lock.  McKenzie gets Dawn down and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Dawn returns to the side head lock.  McKenzie with an arm drag and forearm into an arm bar.  McKenzie with a rollup for a near fall.  McKenzie with a front face lock and Satomura tags in and so does Ray.  Ray with a kick and side head lock.  Satomura with a shoulder tackle and Ray stays on her feet.  Satomura with a kick for a near fall.  Satomura with a wrist lock but Ray sends Satomura into the turnbuckles and Ray with kicks.  Dawn tags in and kicks Meiko.  Ray tags back in and continues to kick Satomura.  Dawn with more kicks.

Dawn with a forearm and Satomura with a forearm to Dawn and one to Ray.  Satomura with a wrist lock and kicks to the chest followed by a back heel trip for a near fall.  McKenzie tags in and Satomura with a kick and McKenzie with a drop kick for a near fall.  Dawn with a kick and Ray goes for the Gory Bomb but McKenzie escapes and hits a head scissors take down.  McKenzie with a kick from the turnbuckles followed by a head scissors.  McKenzie with a German suplex to Dawn.

McKenzie with a forearm and she goes up top and then decides to hit a spear for a near fall.  Dawn pulls Satomura off the apron and Ray with a clothesline  for a near fall.  Dawn tags in and she kicks McKenzie in the ribs.  Dawn with a forearm and kick to the chest.  Dawn with a Saito suplex for a near fall.  McKenzie with punches and Dawn with forearms to the back.  Dawn with a kick to the chest but McKenzie with a cutter and both women are down.  Ray and Satomura tag in and Satomura with forearms and a European uppercut.  Satomura misses a round kick but does not miss the second time around.  Satomura with a waist lock and a pele kick.

Satomura with a Saito suplex and she gets up when she sees Dawn try to break up the cover.  Ray and Satomura exchange forearms.  Ray blocks a kick and hits a Gory Bomb and McKenzie breaks up the cover.  McKenzie with a German suplex to Dawn.  Rey with a super kick to McKenzie.  Satomura with an STF.  Dawn pushes the ropes to Ray so she can break the hold.  Ray with a gourdbuster and Dawn tags in.  Dawn with a running double kne strike for a near fall.  Ray goes after McKenzie on the apron.  Ray misses a kick on McKenzie and McKenzie with a German suplex to Ray on the floor.  Dawn with a knee and McKenzie tags in.  McKenzie with forearms to Dawn.  Dawn with a kick.

McKenzie counters a suplex with an inside cradle for the three count.

Winners:  Emilia McKenzie and Meiko Satomura

After the match, Aoife Valkyrie shows up on the stage and she pulls a feather from her ring jacket and she sets it down and it is pointed at Satomura.

A-Kid says he is excited to face Tyler Bate once again.  He says after this win, I am looking forward to prove that he will epitomize what the Heritage Cup is all about.  He is looking to build his legacy and prove that he is the best pure, mat wrestler in NXT UK.

Amir JOrdan arrives at the Performance Centre and he is looking for Kenny Williams.  

Sid Scala stops him and Amir asks Sid if he saw what he did to him.  

Sid tells Amir that Kenny is not here, but he will be able to settle it next week.

Kenny Williams says to look back at the two and a half years he had to deal with Amir and it was all him.  Kenny says he is the reason for Amir's success.  He will prove it next week.

Next week, Noam Dar will have Gallus as his guests.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Nathan Frazer will face Saxon Huxley.  

Match Number Three:  WALTER versus Rampage Brown for the NXT UK Men's Championship

WALTER with a waist lock but Brown with a hammer lock into a side head lock.  WALTER backs Brown into the corner and misses a chop.  Brown with a chop.  WALTER with a shoulder tackle and Brown does not move.  Brown runs through a chop and Brown with a shoulder tackle.  Brown with a forearm and Irish whip.  WALTER with a shoulder tackle out of the corner and Brown with a drop kick that sends WALTER to the floor.  Brown with a running shoulder tackle on the floor.  Brown breaks the count and returns to the floor.  Brown goes for a suplex on the floor but WALTER blocks it and he runs Brown into the ringside barrier.  WALTER with a chop and a back drop driver onto the apron.

WALTER ties Brown in the ropes and connects with a forearm to the chest.  WALTER with a boot to the head and Brown goes down.  WALTER with a double wrist lock and forearm to the back of the neck.  WALTER with a boot and Brown with a punch and chops.  WALTER with a snap mare and kick.  WALTER goes for a Boston Crab and locks it in.  Brown grabs the ankle but WALTER with a knee to the back.  WALTER goes for a suplex and Brown blocks it and hits a suplex of his own.  

Brown with a chop and head butt.  WALTER with a chop and Brown chops back.  They continue the exchange.  Brown with a forearm and WALTER with a knee.  WALTER with an open hand chop to the chest and he gets a near fall.  WALTER with an elbow to the jaw and a half nelson.  WALTER with a double sledge to the back and a European uppercut.  WALTER kicks Brown in the head.  Brown with a punch and chop.  WALTER with a chop and boot to the head.  Brown with a power slam and both men are down.  Both men go for clotheslines at the same time.  WALTER with a sleeper on Brown.  WALTER goes for a power bomb but Brown escapes and connects with a clothesline.

Brown with a clothesline in the corner and he goes to the turnbuckles for a shoulder tackle and Brown gets a near fall.  Brown goes for the Doctor Bomb but WALTER blocks it and he slaps Brown and applies the sleeper.  Brown escapes with a snap mare but WALTER with a drop kick.  WALTER with a power bomb for a near fall.  WALTER goes up top and Brown stops WALTER.  WALTER with a chop and Brown with a chop of his own.  Brown hits a power bomb from the turnbuckles and Brown gets a near fall.  WALTER with a sleeper but Brown with a Saito suplex to escape.  Brown with a Doctor Bomb and WALTER rolls to the apron.  WALTER holds the ropes as Brown tries to pull him into the center of the ring.

Brown with crossfaces to WALTER.  Brown tries for the Doctor Bomb but WALTER blocks it and WALTER with a back body drop.  WALTER with a chop and running knee to the chest.  WALTER wtih a clothesline and he slaps Brown and connects with another clothesline for a near fall.  WALTER with a chop to the back and a sleeper.  Brown gets to the ropes and WALTER with a chop to the arms and a German suplex.  WALTER with a power bomb for a near fall.  WALTER goes up top for the splash and hits it for the three count.

Winner:  WALTER (retains championship)
