COMPLETE HOUSE OF HARDCORE 11 COVERAGE FROM NYC

By Mike Johnson on 2015-11-14 19:07:14

Chris Hero vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri

Lots of matwork early on with lots of back and forth exchanges until they faced off.  Crowd was really respectful.    Hero worked over Tajiri with chops.  He went for a kick but Tajiri evaded it and nailed a reverse kick of his own.  Tajiri nailed a springboard elbow.

Hero was sent over the ropes but caught himself and drilled Tajiri with several big boots for a two count.    Hero continued working him over until Tajiri came to life with strikes and kicks, before nailing a  kick to the head for a two count.  Tajiri went for another springboard elbow but Hero caught him with a big elbow strike.

Hero ripped off his elbow guard and went for the roaring elbow but was blocked.  Tajiri nailed him but Hero crushed him with a roaring elbow for a two count. Hero went for a kick but Tajiri ducked and spewed the mist in his face, then used a backslide for the pin.

Your winner, Yoshihiro Tajiri!

NYC Street Fight: Tommy Dreamer vs. EC3 (with two valets)

Big pop for Dreamer.  The crowd chanted "Thank you Tommy" and then "House of Hardcore."

They locked up with some real aggression.  Dreamer nailed a high cross bodyblock and then nailed some clubbering elbows.  Dreamer chased EC3 to the outside.  They brawled around and to the outside, going up the bleachers.   Dreamer used a trash can on EC3.  The crowd loved the brawl.  They grabbed a replica belt from a fan and used it as Dreamer nailed him.  They went to top of the building and brawled down the other side of the bleachers.  EC3 got the better of the brawl and tossed Dreamer off the side of the bleachers, taking a bump down into the entrance aisle.

EC3 continued working over Dreamer on the floor and brought him back into the ring, scoring a two count.    He distracted the referee, allowing the valets to choke Dreamer.  EC3 put the ring bell by Dreamer's groin and rang it.  He continued working over Dreamer, who came back with a sunset flip for a two count.   EC3 cut him off and locked in a modified abdominal stretch

EC3 was cut off with  clothesline while charging Dreamer and then peppered with punches in the corner before Dreamer bit him.    Dreamer nailed a Diamond Cutter for a two count.   Dreamer tossed a chair into the ring and nailed EC3 with a cookie sheet.  Dreamer returned the favor by ringing the bell on EC3's groin, crushing a Starbucks cup at the same time.  The crowd popped and chanted, "Merry Christmas."

EC3 grabbed the chair and put Dreamer in it.  He chopped away at Dreamer's chest.  Dreamer caught him with a sideslam on the chair.  He tied EC3 to the tree of woe.  He was about to nail the leaping dropkick in the corner but Pepper Parks hit the ring and attacked Dreamer.  No one knew who the hell Parks was.  Cherry Bomb was with him.    They tossed Dreamer into the ropes but he nailed a double clothesline on EC3 and Parks.  Dreamer nailed DDT for a two count.

Dreamer went for a piledriver but one of the valets, a girl with purple hair hit the ring and attacked him, leaping on his back.  Dreamer grabbed her, told his kids to turn around, then hit a piledriver on her.  EC3 attacked Dreamer and nailed the 1 Percenter for the pin.

Your winner, EC3!

A fun brawl.

Dreamer took the mic and said that the crowd had no idea the bullsh** he had to put up with today.  He said that between the fans and the people in the back, they are a team.  Dreamer said he doesn't want to compete with WWE, TNA and ROH, he just wants to give the fans something different.  He says that when wrestlers tell him they didn't like their matches and try to give him their pay back or when the fans react in a way that inspires him, it means the world.  He tells the fans they are awesome.  He said there are so many times he sees things repeat themselves.  He said Terry Funk was the elder statesmen for ECW and he's the elder statemen for HOH.   He said he's doing what he can to build this and he told everyone there will be a hell of a main event.  He said that he wanted to apologize to Beulah McGuillicuty for all he puts her through with running the shows but he does it because he loves her, their daughters and their dogs and he wants to create something special. Dreamer got pretty choked up. A fan yelled that Dreamer didn't owe them anything.  Dreamer responded that the fans paid their money, so he owes them a lot.  A nice moment.

TNA Tag Team champions The Wolves vs. Austin Aries & Bobby Roode

Aries and Roode came out carrying trophies and after some back and forth banter, they all agreed to put everything on the line - the titles and the trophies.

Lots of back and forth tag action early with neither team really getting the advantage.  The Wolves finally caught them with double boots to knock Roode and Aries off the apron.  They went for stereo dives but were cut off with stereo clotheslines instead.

This allowed The Dirty Heels to work over Eddie Edwards and cut the ring off as they took turns beating him down.   Eddie finally broke free after nailing Aries and double stomping Roode.   He went to make the hot tag but Aries pulled Davey Richards from the apron, preventing the tag.

Aries and Roode regained control.  Roode catapulted Edwards into an Aries forearm.  Edwards fell backwards across Roode's knee and Aries came over the ropes with a splash.    Edwards finally broke free and tagged Richards.  Richards came in and cleaned house.  He went for a springboard elbow but Roode caught him.  Davey maneuvered into a suplex.  He went for a double stomp but Roode cleaned house.

Davey rolled up Roode, who kicked up.  Edwards tagged in and the Wolves doubled up on Roode for a pinfall.  Aries broke it up at the last second.  He sent the Wolves to the outside, where Roode held them.  Aries went for a tope suicida but The Wolves shoved Roode into his flight path.  They then hit stereo dives to the outside on The Dirty Heels.

At this point, they all started whipping out all sorts of awesome offense.  There were all sorts of near falls until The Wolves locked on stereo Texas Cloverleafs.  The Heels broke out of them and scored a near fall on Edwards.  Aries nailed a 450 splash off the top on Edwards but Richards broke up the pinfall.

Aries and Roode tried to set up for stereo superplexes but Davey broke it up and nailed a double stomp on Aries.  They nailed the tag team backcracker on Roode for the pin.

Your winners, The Wolves!
