WWE NXT REPORT: FINAL SHOW BEFORE R EVOLUTION; NEVILLE AND ZAYN; BALOR AND ITAMI IN ACTION; BULL AND BARON TRY TO HAVE A MATCH WITH A NEGATIVE LENGTH; AND MORE

We are in Winter Park, Florida and your announcers are Rich Brennan, Jason Albert, and Alex Riley.

Match Number One: Charlotte versus Mia Yim in a Non Title Match

Charlotte does the Flair bounce off the ropes before locking up. Charlotte with a forearm to the back and she sends Mia into the turnbuckles. Charlotte with a forearm but Mia with a back heel kick. Charlotte with a kick followed by a neck breaker. Charlotte with Natural Selection for the three count.

Winner: Charlotte

After the match, Sasha Banks makes her way to the stage and she says that was impressive but she wants Charlotte to hand over the title so she doesn’t have to beat her for it. Sasha tells Charlotte she doesn’t tell her what to do. She will save it for NXT Takeover.

Sasha responds to the crowd’s chants and she asks Charlotte if she is special because her last name is Flair. Sasha says that she has more flair in her pinky than Charlotte’s entire body. She also says that when she is done with Charlotte, she will be as broken down as her dad.

Bayley comes out and she tells Sasha to shut her stupid ratchet face up. Sasha kicks Bayley’s crutch away and then kicks her in the knee.

Sasha runs away when Charlotte checks on Bayley. Sasha tries to attack Charlotte but Charlotte grabs Sasha and takes her to the ring. Becky tries to help but she is knocked off the apron. That allows Sasha to hit a lungblower on Charlotte and she stands over Charlotte with the title belt.

We go to commercial.

We are back with another Vaudevillains video where there are called by the commissioner to protect the city from the evil Lucha Dragons, but first they have to train and it includes fighting a lion.

The Vaudevillains thwart the Lucah Dragons again by tying an anvil around their legs.

Match Number Two: Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy versus Aiden English and Simon Gotch

Blake and English start things off and Blake with a side head lock. Blake catches English on a leap frog attempt and he hits a power slam for a near fall. Blake tries for a suplex but English lands on his feet and he snap mares English into the ropes and then he does it again with a side head lock take down. Gotch tags in and he kicks Blake in the hamstring and he applies a step over toe hold and he drops back to add more pressure. English tags in and he kicks Blake in the leg. English with a single leg take down and a series of elbow drops and kicks to the leg before getting a near fall.

English tags Gotch back in and Gotch kicks Blake in the leg. Gotch with a knee drop and then he applies a spinning toe hold. Blake with an inside cradle for a near fall but Gotch stops Blake with a drop kick to the knee. English tags back in and he kicks Blake in the leg. English works on the ankle of the injured leg. Blake kicks English away and then he hits a back body drop and Murphy tags in.

Murphy with clotheslines and a back elbow. He knocks Gotch down on the apron and then he hits a flying kick and a double knee take down for a near fall. Blake is sent over the top rope to the floor on a back body drop and then Gotch makes the tag. Gotch hits Murphy from behind and Gotch with a European uppercut to the back of the head followed by a swinging neck breaker from English for the three count.

Winners: Aiden English and Simon Gotch

William Regal is in the back with Tyler Breeze and he says that he cannot find Marcus Louis so there is no rematch. Tyler says that it appears that he has the night off.

Tyson Kidd says that he wants a rematch against Finn Balor or another title match.

Regal says that he has an idea. Tyler Breeze and Tyson Kidd are going to face Finn Balor and Hideo Itami.

Match Number Three: Bull Dempsey versus Elias Sampson

Bull with a body block and then he goes up top for a diving head butt and he gets the three count.

Winner: Bull Dempsey

Baron Corbin’s music plays while Bull is still in the ring because Corbin is in the next match.

Match Number Four: Baron Corbin versus Steve Cutler

Corbin catches Cutler and hits the End of Days for the three count.

Winner: Baron Corbin

Kevin Owens says that he has fought for 14 years to get to the WWE. He has fought Seth Rollins and they called him first. He was in a tag team with Daniel Bryan and they called him first. He wrestled Adrian Neville in 2006. They called him first. He has wrestled on the road with his best friend Sami Zayn but they called him first. That is what made him who he is. There is no Plan B. He says that he will fight everyone and anyone because that is what he does best.

Match Number Five: Tyler Breeze and Tyson Kidd (with Natalya) versus Finn Balor and Hideo Itami

Kidd and Breeze argue over who starts the match and Kidd wins the debate and he will face Itami. They lock up and Kidd with a waist lock. Itami with a wrist lock into a hammer lock and side head lock. Itami with a shoulder tackle and Kidd wants Breeze to tag in. Breeze comes into the match and they lock up.

Breeze with a wrist lock but Itami with a reversal and he works on the arm and shoulder. Itami with an arm bar and Balor tags in. Itami slams Breeze and Balor with a slingshot boot to the chest. Kidd makes the blind tag and Kidd hits Balor from behind with a clothesline. Kidd stands on the leg as we go to commercial.

We are back and Kidd works over Balor in the corner until the referee warns him. Kidd with an Irish whip but Balor gets his boot up when Kidd charges. Kidd with a back elbow and Breeze tags in. Breeze with punches to Balor followed by kicks in the corner. Breeze with a suplex and he gets a near fall.

Kidd tags in and he kicks Balor in the midsection. Kidd with an elbow to the bridge of the nose followed by a neck breaker and he gets a near fall. Kidd with a knee in the back as he stretches Balor. Balor tries for a drop kick but Kidd holds on to the ropes. Breeze kicks Balor and gets a near fall. Breeze with a neck breaker and he gets a near fall.

Kidd tags back in and he kicks Balor in the hamstring. Kidd chokes Balor in the ropes. Kidd hits the slingshot leg drop onto the apron and he gets a near fall. Kidd with a forearm and Irish whip but Balor floats over. Kidd with a forearm but Balor with a Pele kick and both men are down.

Breeze and Itami tag in and Itami with kicks followed by a flying kick to the head. Itami with a Yakuza Kick to Breeze and then he clotheslines Kidd when he tries to interfere. Itami with a hestitation drop kick into the corner and he gets a near fall. Kidd kicks Itami and goes ot the apron. Kidd tries to pull Itami to the floor and Balor with a double stomp to the back of the head while the referee was not looking. Itami with a kick to the back of the head and he gets the three count.

Winners: Hideo Itami and Finn Balor

After the match, Finn Balor tells the Ascension to bring everything they’ve got because he is bringing something you have never seen before.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Adrian Neville makes his way to the ring.

Neville says next week, he will be facing his long time friend Sami Zayn. Adrian says that he is not worried about this match. His goal is always the same. His goal is to win . . . at any cost. Some say that he should be ashamed for his recent actions. Do you think he is proud of what he did at the last NXT Takeover show? Is he proud that he blew his knee out and had to get a quick pinfall for the victory? Do you think he was proud of that?

Adrian says if he had it his way, it would have gone completely differently. What we have stumbled upon is the basic difference between Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville.

Adrian says that he will do anything to win while Sami Zayn lacks that killer edge and that is why he will never win. He says that Sami is too nice. That has cost you.

Sami Zayn comes out to the ring but Adrian tells Sami that he wants him to know that next week he has taken it upon his shoulders to be done if he cannot win. Whatever Sami does post-match is not his responsibility.

Sami says that it is good that Adrian has done a lot of thinking and Sami says that what Adrian is saying is pissing him off. Adrian says that Sami is too nice to be champion. Adrian does not tell him how to live because Sami says that he has done pretty well himself. Whatever Sami does after the match is based on his decisions. Adrian does not control Sami’s fate, he does.

Adrian tells Sami that he doesn’t mean any disrespect. He says that he respects Sami more than anyone on this planet. Above all else, it will be a pleasure and honor to stand across the ring from Sami in what will be the match of their careers.

Adrian offers his hand but Sami refuses. He says that whenever he is the good guy it backfires. It is not about respect. . .

Sami slaps Neville and he says that Neville does not end him. He will end Neville and his reign as NXT Champion.
