There is a lot of talk that MVP is on his way in. The Wrestling Observer website reported he would be starting during the overseas tour. We have not independently confirmed that. MVP responded to that report on Twitter by saying that he hadn't signed anywhere and if he did, he would announce it first on Twitter. The "rich" MVP character (which he owns the rights to, as it was his creation) would certainly fit into the investor storyline idea...and Lockdown is in his hometown of Miami, Florida, so we'll see.
It should be noted there are still some in the company who believe AJ Styles will be back soon as well. The two sides have still been in contact, although obviously TNA wasn't happy that Styles began taking dates with Ring of Honor. In fact, they were anything BUT happy about that.
