Here is the official press release from FWE:

NEW YORK, NY.,January 20th, 2013 – F.W.E. (Family Wrestling Entertainment) returns to action on February 16th, 2013 when we head back to St. Patrick's Gym in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY.Our first event of the new year will be kicking off with a bang! Every title WILL be defended and we will have a few debuts. After we ended on a huge note with our first iPPV and a standing room only crowd, this is guaranteed to be just as, if not, hot and action packed!

Main Event:
FWE Heavyweight Title Match:
TLC Match:
Carlito Colon vs Tommy Dreamer vs Matt Hardy

In a shocking turn of events, the night after "Back 2 Brooklyn", Carlito Colon became the FWE Heavyweight Champion  in a 3 Way Dance against Tommy Dreamer and Mike Knox at the House of Hardcore's debut event. After failing to gain the Championship at both "Dysfunctional Family" and "FWE: X" Carlito added another title to his impressive resume. Dreamer who was on a roll in FWE and defending the title successfully against long time rival Rhino at "Back 2 Brooklyn" will be looking to become a 2 time FWE Heavyweight Champion. Making his FWE debut will be Matt Hardy and what a match to debut in! Not only will he be getting a shot at the FWE Title, but this is his specialty match, a match that he has made famous. Before this match, Hardy will be a special guest on our free pre show when he is on Carlito's Cabana. Will Carlito be able to retain in a FWE ring? Will Dreamer regain the Heavyweight Title? Will Matt Hardy's debut prove to be a fruitful one?

FWE Tri Borough Title Match:
Damien Darling (With Rick Silver) vs ???

Damien Darling is the longest reigning champion in FWE history. With a list of fallen oppenets such as Jay Lethal, Wes Draven, Harry Smith, Azriel and others, he is looking to add another to his list. Although he lost his Street Fight at "Back 2 Brooklyn" he still remains the champion. Who will his opponent be? On our free pre show partners will face each other in aspirations of dethroning the champion. Will Brian Kendrick or Paul London come out the victor? Will either man be able to overcome all of the obstacles that Darling puts in opponents way such as his lawyer and best friend, Rick Silver, his agent A.J. Pan, his "double" the Rock Star?

FWE Women's Title Match:
Maria Kanellis vs Angel Williams

At last year's "No Limits", Maria Kanellis became the inaugural FWE Women's Champion in a one night tournament when she defeated Tara and Katarina Leigh to become the champion. Fast forward a year and she is walking into "No Limits '13" as a 2 time Champion. She will be facing a tough challenge as she faces a woman who made her FWE debut at "Back 2 Brooklyn" and was successful, Angel Williams. Maria & Katarina came up short against Angel & Velvet Sky. Angel has held multiple titles and is looking to add the FWE Women's Title to her mantel. Will Maria walk out the same way she left last year's event or will we see the crowning of a new champion as we did last year?

FWE Tag Team Title Match:
Adrenaline Express vs ???

At "Back 2 Brooklyn" Adrenaline Express became the first ever FWE Tag Team Champions by defeating Da Hou$e Party and Sonjay Dutt & Davari in the semi finals and finals respectively. In their first defense, they will be facing one of 5 teams who will be involved in a gauntlet match during our free pre show: Diamond Inc., Azriel & Bandido Jr., The Midnight Sensations, The Young Bucks or Da Hou$e Party. AE have wins over all but one team and that is The Bucks. However, more is at stake now as the FWE Tag Team Titles are a reality and any of these teams would love to knock AE off their pedestal  Will AE be able to continue their winning streak they've had since they've become an official team or will their first title defense be a bust?

Reby Sky vs Ivelisse Velez

Ivelisse will be making her official in ring debut at "No Limits '13." She made quite the disturbance as she laid out Katarina Leigh after her tag team loss at "Back 2 Brooklyn." Reby Sky will be making her FWE debut and joining our loaded Women's Division. In Ivelisse's eye, Reby is the epitome of a "Diva" and Ivelisse stated she is the Anti Diva. Ivelisse is looking to make an example of Reby while Reby would love to garner a victory in her debut and move her way up to a Women's Title shot.

Jorge Santi & Matt Taven (With Kasey Ray) vs Chris Mordetsky & Mike Bennett

Chris Mordetsky ended up making his FWE in ring debut when he was just originally issuing a Masterlock challenge. He ended up competing against Santi who held is own and was very close to defeating Mordetsky but he proved to be too much for The Firebird. After the match, Taven who had an earlier issue with Mordetsky, came out and they ran out Mordetsky and formed a surprising alliance. Where does Mike Bennett fit in? He just enjoys causing trouble and would love to beat down Santi and Taven. Will Santi & Taven be able to co exist as a team? Will the common enemy of Mordetsky be their uniting force or will Chris and Bennett prove to be too much and use every trick they know to keep these rising stars down?

James Yun (fka Jimmy Wang Yang) vs Sonjay Dutt

Yet another addition to the loaded FWE Roster, James Yun brings his high flying style to FWE. This former champion is looking to garner a victory and possibly enter contention for a possible title. Sonjay Dutt came out on the losing end of the Tag Team Title tournament. This match has the potential to be a show stealer as this is sure to be a high flying fans dream!

Fatal 4 Way Match:
Wes Draven vs Petey Williams vs Tony Nese vs Jigsaw

Since day one, Wes Draven has been a member of the FWE roster and has had some great matches and wins here. This is another test for Wes who is looking to garner another FWE Tri Borough title shot. Petey Williams has been quite a force in FWE with his debut victory against Paul London at "Dysfunctional Family" and being involved in one of the best matches in FWE History at "Back 2 Brooklyn" when he competed in the Dream 6 Man Tag. Making their FWE debuts are Tony Nese and Jigsaw. Both men have made quite the names for themselves in other promotions and have now made it to FWE to hopefully garner a spot with us and garner a huge win in this match!
