By Mike Johnson on 2011-04-03 12:17:19
The Blood Warriors cut a promo and said they wanted their title shot now, so the champions came out.

CIMA & Naruki Doi vs. Open the United Gate champions Masato Yoshino & Pac

Some great back and forth tag wrestling here early. CIMA and Doi began beating on the champs, including a spot where they dropkicked Pac's head into Yoshino's midsection. Doi nailed a sick dropkick to Pac, who was against the ropes.

The kept working on Pac with double team moves. He finally made the hot tag to Yoshino, who went back and forth witb CIMA. Yoshino nailed a Tarantula like move, hanging outside the ring. Yoshino then charged down the aisle towards the ring, hitting a big leaping kick to the head.

CIMA and Doi doubled on Yoshino, who came back to hit a big dive outside. Pac nailed a slingshot into a cutter for a two count. Pac tried to avoid Doi but was dropkicked facefirst into the corner. CIMA dropkicked Pac off the apron. He went for a dive but saw Yoshino coming. He turned to face him but was caught in the Octopus.

CIMA caught Yoshino with a dropkick as he rebounded off the ropes. He hit a sick looking double stomp out of the corner but Yoshinio kicked up. Yoshino came back to nail a DDT for a two count.

Yoshino and CIMA battled on the ropes. The two sides went back and forth with lots of cool stuff I couldn't even begin to recap. The improvement in Pac's work from the last time I saw him work live is incredible. CIMA and Doi tied the champs to the tree of woe and then CIMA nailed a cannonball into the corner at the same time Doi nailed a Van Terminator. Incredible.

Yoshino caught Doi in a submission. CIMA tried to make the save but Pac held him down. Doi tried to fight it out but finally faded and tapped.

Your winners and still Open the United Gate champions Masato Yoshino & Pac!

Johnny Gargano came out with Ronin and began mocking CIMA and Doi's loss. He said CIMA's name was really "she-male". He said that perhaps Blood Warriors might not be the most dominant stable in DGUSA. They walked out, having mocked them.

Lenny Leonard came to the ring and thanked the fans for spending their time and money with DGUSA this weekend. He brought out DGUSA's newest tag team, The Dark City Fight Club, who have worked for EVOLVE, ROH and FIP in the past. DCFC said they came to DGUSA because they hear it has the best tag team wrestling in the world. They want a challenge and they want it right now. Arik Cannon and Sami Callihan came out to the ring. Callihan said it's appropriate they are the Fight Club because they are here to fight.

They all started brawling on the outside. A referee came out so it's an official match.

The Dark City Fight Club vs. Arik Cannon & Sami Callihan

Chavis and Cannon went back and forth. Cannon was caught with a nice powerslam. Dark City whipped each other into Cannon in the corner and nailed some nice double team moves, then drilled him with a sick looking version of Total Elimination.

Callihan nailed a tope to the outside while Cannon and Davis went back and forth. Cannon nailed a neckbreaker and went for a back suplex. Callihan and Cannon killed him with stiff shots and clotheslines. Davis killed them with a series of moves, including a suplex into the buckles and a sitdown powerbomb.

Callihan hit a back suplex followed by a kick to the head by Cannon. They both covered Corey and scored the pin.

Your winners, Sami Callihan and Arik Cannon!

Nice match for both. Callihan and Cannon will be a regular team here going forward as two punk kids looking for a good fight. DCFC looked really good here too.

Callihan cut a promo saying that he was tired of Cannon punching him in the face and realized that he needed someone nasty to watch his back. They said they didn't care what people said about them and you can call them "Dirty Ugly F***s" for all they cared. The fans chanted that. That's their team name going forward.

Austin Aries vs. Jimmy Jacobs

This is Aries' farewell bout here due to the stipulation from his loss last night to YAMATO. Jacobs was his hand-picked opponent for the match. They had some nice back and forth wrestling. Aries nailed a back elbow in the corner then shoulderblocked Jacobs down. Jacobs leapfrogged over but was caught with a series of armdrags. They did a back and forth hold and reversal sequence that the audience loved.

They showed respect to each other but that led to egos getting in the way and they started shoving the other. They ended up slapping and brawling outside the ring. Jacobs and Aries threw each other into the railing. They went back to the ring but Aries tossed Jacobs back to the outside and then hit a dive to the outside.

Aries hit a slingshot splash back into the ring. Aries placed Jacobs in a Stump Puller, then rolled Jacobs backwards for a two count. Aries peppered him with punches. Jacobs came back to nail a clothesline. Jacobs nailed a series of double stomps followed by an elbow off the corner.

Jacobs backdropped Aries onto the apron but Aries snapped his neck on the ropes, then hit a slingshot splash and a moonsault off the ropes. Jacobs fought back and went for Sliced Bread #2 but was stopped and tied to the tree of woe. He went for a sliding kick but Jacobs slipped out.

They went back and forth until Aries hit the Pendulum Elbow. Aries went for a suplex but Jacobs fought his way out of it. Aries powered him over to the corner and mounted the ropes for a superplex. Jacobs bit him on the face and shoved him off the ropes. Jacobs hit an elbow off the ropes. Aries came back to drill him with a clothesline in the corner. He went to the top for the 450 splash but Jacobs slipped out of the way. He went to Spear Aries but was caught in the Oriental Torture Device.

Aries went for a suplex but Jacobs slipped behind and rolled him up for a two count. Jacobs used an Ace Crusher for a two count, then locked in the End Time subsmission. The crowd chanted for Aries not to tap. Aries powered out and escaped but was rolled up for another two count.

Aries drilled Jacobs with a kick and went for the brainbuster but was caught in a small package for the pin.

Your winner, Jimmy Jacobs!

Some fans started chanting, "What the F***?" The fans chanted for Aries and applauded. Jimmy Rave came out. He and Jacobs embraced Austin and raised his arms. Aries said that when he started his career ten years ago, he had no expectations and was thrilled to have the chance to be a professional wrestler. He said it was the hardest, most difficult professions in the world from a physical and emotional standpoint. He said that it was fulfilling that he had the chance to see and go places he never would have had the chance to go without it. He thanked the fans for their passion and for pushing him to have the best performances he could have. He said that when he stepped into the ring, he gave everyone the best matches he could. He ripped on online critics, saying he didn't care about people who hid behind their keyboard. Fans chanted "F*** the haters." He said that he appreciated all the kind words from everyone online and everyone in the back.

Aries said that one thing he doesn't like is when someone leaves a place and doesn't pass the torch so he's passing the torch right now. He talked about how much he respected the locker room tonight and said he needed to call a few people out because they are the future of the business if they want to be. He praised Chuck Taylor, Rich Swann and Johnny Gargano, who came to the ring.

Aries talked to them each and said that there are going to be haters but they need to remember to have each other's backs. As he talked, The Blood Warriors came out. He said that CIMA was one of the first people to call him when he made the stipulation and he respects that but what they are doing is a sign of disrespect. He basically told them that they think people have to respect them but they don't earn it. He dared them to get in the ring and earn the respect of the people but the Blood Warriors wouldn't do it.

Aries went on and on about earning respect and having to watch the backs, then turned on Ronin. He and the Warriors beat down Ronin as Aries said that he told them they need to learn to watch their backs. Ronin beat the hell out of them and left them laying. Obviously, Aries is in bed with them.
