Combat Zone Wrestling Cage of Death 15 results from Voorhees, NJ
Mike Johnson & Chris Lisanti reporting:
*CZW champion Drew Gulak defeated the returning Chris Hero via submission in what was said to be an excellent back and forth match.
*Joe Gacy won a a six way bout, defeating Chuck Taylor, Azrieal, AR Fox, Andrew Everett and Tony Nese when he pinned Fox with a top rope splash.
*Greg Excellent defeated Freight Train via submission with a single leg crab. Mama Excellent flashed Train during the match.
*Kimber Lee pinned Christina Von Eerie with a rollup after Alexander James distracted Von Eerie. After the match, Von Eerie jabbed BBQ skewers into Lee's head.
*The Colony will be replacing 4Loco against the Beaver Boys.
*CZW Tag Team champions BLK OUT defeated Juicy Product.
*The Beaver Boys beat the Colony to become top contenders to the CZW Tag Team titles.
* Chris Dickinson pinned Davey Richards with a braineater in a real good, stiff match. More lights went out which became a bit of a distraction and now the ippv stream just had its first glitch as it froze and a few seconds. Dickinson gave a speech afterwards about how Davey Richards helped him out when he was just starting out. Richards gave a speech mentioning how he was supposed to be working up the road tonight and how that company lost his heart. He said that his days on the indies are coming to an end and asked the fans to help keep wrestling alive.
*OI4K beat DJ Hyde, Sozio, and Biff Busick when Nevaeh pinned Hyde and hitting him with 2 chair shots and a boot to the face while Hyde had the chair over his head.
*Alex Colon pinned Shane Strickland to retain the CZW wired championship. At one point the ref was distracted when Colon played possum and Chrissy Rivera came in to check on him allowing Colon's Murderers Row partner Azrieal to interfere but Strickland survived multiple pinfall attempts before finally being pinned.
*Lucky tHURTeen of the Nation of Intoxication won the Cage of Death when Matt Tremont of the Forgotten Ones was eliminated. The match was worked Wargames style but with eliminations happening when someone was either pinned, submitted or thrown to the floor. The finish saw Sick Nick Mondo make a surprise return and kicked Matt Tremont off a scaffold to the floor helping tHURTeen win. After the match Rory Mondo confronted his idol and Nick mondo said that he returned to tell Rory that he's done enough to earn his respect. Rory thanked Nick for coming and said he's tired of being something he's not and that this is his last match ever as he has earned the respect of his idol. Nick Mondo put Rory Mondo on his shoulders and Last Resort played as the show ended.
