WWE NOTES & NEWS ON CM PUNK, TOMMY DREAMER, JOHN MORRISON AND MORE

ECW champ Tommy Dreamer was interviewed by The Manilla Times in The Phillipines at this link.   He noted the upcoming WWE show there will be the first time for him as ECW champ.  In regard to the punishment he's taken in the ring, Dreamer commented, "I don’t get scared muc.  I love this job. I get to see the world and show people what I can do physically. A couple of times when I was wrestling, I got hit so hard that I couldn’t feel certain parts of my body. But I love it.”

John Morrison was interviewed to promote the upcoming WWE event in Fresno, CA by The Fresno Bee at this link.  He noted that after winning Tough Enough, his parents came to an OVW event and "at that point, they were wondering about my career choice."

Keith Lipinski sent the following....The World Heavyweight Champion was seen last night at the Rancid/Rise Against show last night in Milwaukee Wisconsin at Summerfest.  Rancid dedicated a song "Last One to Die" to Punk who watched the show from the side of the stage.  Later in the show, Lars threw his water bottle at Punk and Punk flipped him off.

MSG Classics will return on Wednesday 7/1.  Most of the episodes this year have been reruns of previous broadcasts.  Thanks to Jeffrey Sheridan.
